Holly was AMAZING! I had to move away mid winter and waited until spring to list my house. Holly was the perfect "boots on the ground" to get the house sold for me. Excellent communication every step of the way. I wanted a quick sale. So we discussed pricing options and got the house under contract in 3 days! I've been giving Holly all the credit, but many members of the Lodestar team were involved. They really run an excellent shop.

Our buying experience was out of the norm and it went so smoothly we had no time to even process how fast we got into our new house. Our old house was sold within a week of listing from a local. I have been working with Lodestar for years now, Holly specifically and let me suggest this business has gone far beyond any expectations you would have with a realtor. Initially my wife and I wanted to leave Havre quick fast and in a hurry and tried to sell our home. Unfortunately our window to sell was small and we were forced to rent the house. God could not keep us in Havre, we wanted out.

Holly went above and beyond and found us fantastic renters. We rented out for a few years and Lodestar handled all of our landlord needs. They have contacts with plumbers, electricians, contractors, I mean everything you need they had it covered. Cut a check and move on.

My wife and I found ourselves in a favorable spot to try and sell the house again, and, man it's been a ride. We are selling the house outside of the state and I 10/10 would not suggest, and I'm never selling again if I can help it. But, Holly wearing her cape kept everything under control. We finally found a buyer, but it was a VA purchase and the VA is picky when purchasing a home. We needed to make updates and within two days she had an itemized list for various contractors all in one nice neat bundle. Other issues have been popping up through our sale and I just wanted to rip out my hair! Let me go Havre! Lodestar calmed me and took care of it. If there is another realty company like this one I would have a hard believing they could care as much as these folks.

If Havre is your destination, and you need to buy or sell Lodestar is the the realty company you need to go through. Our bank loved them because they produced the right documents on time and correctly. I dealt with a few other realtors and became frustrated with the professionalism of certain individuals. Lodestar has never missed a beat and if I had the opportunity to work with them again I would in a heartbeat. But, I will never set foot in Havre again.
