Truly, they have a great team there. From the front desk receptionist, to billing, vet techs and Doctor. They are kind and professional. And to me that's a powerful combination.

My pets have always received great care and the doctors have always explained and discussed their care. And care is an important word - my pets have always been treated with great care by the doctors techs and other staff. Even when the result is sad I have felt we have done the best we could for them...and that matters.

Amazing staff. Doctor Paul took wonderful care of my pup. I was very worried about the cost at first but after getting the bill I was happily surprised. Very inexpensive compared to previous vets I have been to. 100/10 would highly recommend to everyone. They we able to fit us in even with how busy they are.

I've used Bear Paw vet for over 20 years. They are like family. My animals all go to the doctor without fear or anxiousness.

I love my dogs to death and this is the way they treat everyone of there patients they are so good and treat every animal as there own and take the time to make sure it's done right every time

We have a 13 year-old Newfoundland, so we really appreciate a vet who takes his time and obviously cares for the animals he treats. I feel very lucky to have found this veterinary service and the wonderful staff. I trust them and feel confident our Buster gets the best care here. Another visit with Buster today and he got the best care possible. We are very grateful.

I recently made a trip to Havre with my dogs. One of them, a 3 lbs Chihuahua, became ill on Saturday the 9th. Being so far from my regular Vet I google searched and found Bear Paw Vet Services. I left a voice message on Saturday thinking I would not get any service until Monday. Dr Paul McCann called me that day outside of regular work hours asking me how my dog was doing. He was pretty sick (shaking, lethargic, no appetite, vomiting and diarrhea). He recommended a course of action and said to call the next morning to see how he was doing. I called the next day (Sunday). He asked me to bring my pup into the office. After prescribing him meds and doing a full checkup I left with my confidence restored in knowing that there are kindhearted, caring individuals who take personal time in caring for others. I cannot recommend Dr McCann enough. He is one of the kindest persons I have met and is stellar in his field. Hats off to you kind sir! I wish you were my vet near my home. Thank you so very much!

Best vets for sure! My nico went to a vet in washington state first. Quoted 2400 dollars to remove bladder stones. Couldn't even find a vet who could squeeze him in to be seen for another 6 weeks. My family in havre suggested bringing him back to bear paw vet to be seen. They got him in within 3 days! Dr Whitmore scheduled him to remove the stones the following week. He was very professional and courteous when it came to my endless questions. Thankfully nico passed the stones before surgery so they only had to neuter him but needless to say their team was awesome and it was even affordable 😀

From the first day i moved to havre i have been involved with bear paw vet, as they've taken care of my moms pets (her scotty terrier Annabelle [RIP] & her cats king tut [RIP] & Clouds) and from just a check up, to helping them pass peacefully and everything in between she has not ever had a complaint. So naturally i took my cat kiki there to get spayed and the fact they even called me to check on her a few days afterwards really showed they cared. Recently we had to put our dog dusky down on short notice and they squeezed us in same day, not to mention for $40 cheaper than eastside. Im even taking a stray/possible new cat in tomorrow morning. If you need a veterinarian in havre GO TO BEARPAW. Dont even bother looking anywhere else.

The staff are always kind and attentive. Jewelia, the assistant on our visit was comforting to our pet and knowledgeable. The vet examined our new puppy and educated me on the vaccines and ongoing health of our pet! Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and Drs! They take great care with our animal loved ones. They understand the pain that comes with losing a family member and go above and beyond to help you get through the lows it can cause. Would always recommend for the care of your fur babies!

Bear Paw Veterinary Service has a beautiful facility, friendly, efficient front desk staff, and caring, knowledgeable doctors. My cat was treated with affection and respect. His illness is resolving without need for surgery. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Absolutely the best vet! I have been traveling for work across the country and my mom takes care of my dog when I’m gone. Anytime an issue has come up with my dog I can call and Paul will either do phone consult or get my dog scheduled for a check up ASAP. Treats my dog as if he is his own. The staff are also cery helpful and friendly plus knowledgeable!

Compassionate, caring. Have taken my dogs to Bear Paw Vet for yrs. Recently had a scare with our lab. They got right to him, let me visit and rook excellent care of him. Mike explained everything so I could understand. Awesome care from everyone. Would highly recommend.

Really great and professional staff. They did a great job with our two cats’ dentals. I especially appreciated the thorough discussion about how the surgery went and the needed aftercare. We’ll certainly be back.
