Burg Insurance is the best. I've been a customer since 1992. I wouldn't have another agency, quite frankly. Prompt, courteous, and helpful. I have never used them as a real estate agency, however. I've only used them as my insurance agency.

Have been using Burg Insurance since switching from Allstate, and have been very happy with services, and insurance solutions that they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone for great products, and great customer service.

I was very unhappy with the service I received from this agency. Serious lack of communication, potential buyers that were not screened properly, some running around on my part that was totally unnecessary and the worst part is that when I told them I did not want to continue my contract after 6 months, not even a thank for your business. They could not get the sign out of my yard fast enough! AND, they didn't even ask my WHY I did not want to continue my contract or APOLOGIZE for not selling my house! If they would have asked me that, then I may not have felt the need to make my unsatisfaction public. The unprofessionalism floored me and made me feel like I wasted 6 months! If you want your house sold, DON'T START HERE!
