Staff is amazing. They have high quality power tools only wish they had Less expensive ones as well. They have a bit of everything a small town needs without going to a major store. Bet hardware sore I've ever been. in

The staff are all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their inventory is surprisingly complete for a small town hardware store. I far prefer shopping locally rather than online or at a big box hardware/lumber store.

The Owners/Operators of the ACE Hardware location are always extremely helpful and friendly. I use a wheelchair and the staff is always right there if I need anything and to carry my purchases out to my vehicle. I live in Victor IA now and have no issues with driving 20 miles to come here. Thank you Driscoll Family for making Hardware Store shopping s pleasant experience.

Ace Hardware in Williamsburg is the place to go if you are a handyman that prefers to do it yourself! Everyone who works there are the most kind and helpful people you could ever find! I have done business there for most of my life and every time I go there I have a great experience and if they don't have what you are looking for they will point you in the right direction and with a smile on their face at all times wonderful group they have there! So if you are tired of going to the bigger stores where there never seems to be anywhere ne around to help you find anything or even know what you are talking about then head on over to Ace Hardware in Williamsburg! Ace is the place for me!

Amazing staff! Everyone greets you when u enter and knows exactly where to find what your looking for! Prices are very reasonable and save a trip from going to Iowa City 9 times out of 10!

The combination of a locally owned store with the ace app makes it so I don't have to run to the big box stores to get anything. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always eager to help find what I need to complete my tasks.

In June of 2013, our 1978 VW Bus broke down. Bev and the other people at Ace helped us find pieces that we could make into the parts we needed. They even loaned us the use of their tools and grinder to manufacture the parts. We must have gone back 4 times in a few hours making the parts to keep us on the road.

We went on to have a great 2 week trip out west. This Ace Hardware helped us without asking for anything and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. It was one of those times that faith in humanity is restored. Thanks!
