Absolutely fantastic working with Caleb and Rick. Our furnace stopped working and it was supposed to be -40 that night with the windchill. After talking to Caleb he assured me it could be fixed! Rick showed up an hour later in a snowstorm and worked in freezing temps to get us up and going. Thanks to this wonderful team we had heat again! Can’t thank you guys enough and highly recommend your company!

I cannot recommend Caleb enough. I had a shower and a toilet that would not drain. This was an issue that I had for over a week. I called Reynolds Mobile RV service after many failed plumbers and a lot of run around. After finding out he is in Marengo Iowa and not Marengo Illinois, I thought all hope was lost. But Caleb is a MIRACLE. He asked me what issue I was having and stayed on the phone with me while he walked me through the process on how to properly empty the tanks. While it may have been a simple fix, it was his patience and commitment to try to solve my problem that had me sold on him and his business. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to you is what the standard should be for all businesses. Please use Reynolds for all your RV needs!!! 10000000/10 recommend.

The father and son team of this service are amazing they go above and beyond!! They fixed our aqua hot as promised but also noticed we had a tire going bad so we arranged to have that taken care of as well as they wanted us safe going down the road. The latch on our entry door broke as we were going in and out, Rick noticed we were having issues as he was finishing up on the aqua hot so he also helped us with that as well!! Thank you Caleb and Rick we would highly recommend your mobile RV service to anyone!!

So living in a rv full time is not an easy task for sure. We recently purchaed a new tonus 5th wheel and couldnt get the furnace to ignite. I called Reynolds mobile rv service and when I got voice-mail, I seen a text come through from the gentleman running the show. He asked where we were and what was going on. So I explained. He said he could be there next day and gave his prices. He ask to explain more about what was going on and walked us through possibilities.we found a wire disconnected, He stayed on the phone through text explaining and helping in full detail, even sending diagrams and all. He helped us fix our furnace issue. What a blessing he was and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had the good fortune of working with Caleb yesterday on an air conditioning issue. I was only in town for a day, and he went above and beyond in attempting to troubleshoot and resolve my issue. Caleb was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and determined to get my issue resolved. He walked me through troubleshooting steps, called numerous suppliers trying to locate needed parts, and put me in touch with a company that could order and ship the part to me. Caleb stuck with me through the entire process that took several hours of his time and agreed that a service call could be a waste of my money and his time if we didn’t properly diagnose the issue first. I am a service writer with Cheyenne Camping Center, Walcott, Iowa. We had a customer that was having issues getting his slide out to retract which meant they couldn't leave the camp site. Called Caleb, left a message, which he responded immediately. He was very easy to work with (in this business it's really great to find a mobile tech willing to work with us...they are few and far between). He worked with our customer and arranged a time that worked...I asked for detailed write up as well as photo's, I received everything I asked for. I showed our lead tech Caleb's write up and he was very impressed and delighted to see the care he used to get it as right as he could under the circumstances. Received his invoice which was very reasonable. I can't say enough about this interaction with Caleb, it was very refreshing and we will defiantly keep his number near by for the next time we need a mobile technician.

After losing our home in a fire and having to rather quickly transition into our coach, we discovered some fairly major plumbing issues that prevented us from having running water. We were more than reluctant to pack up and take her to a dealership, so when we found that Reynolds would come to US, we were so relieved. We placed a call to Caleb and had an appointment scheduled for that same afternoon.

Our technician Rick, arrived ahead of time and called to let me know he was just a few minutes out. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently and professionally to correct our plumbing issues. Rick was also able to fully test our system for leaks using air, prior to turning the water on. Once we hooked up the water, Rick stuck around and thoroughly insured that everything was working as it should. When he gave the thumbs up that everything was dry, the only water works were mine, tears of gratitude and relief knowing that we could finally really settle into our home safely and without concern.

The original quoted price was accurate, and the invoicing process was smooth and efficient. I hope our coach, Bertha, remains in good health, but if we ever need help again, Reynolds will be the first we call! I highly recommend this business for their professionalism, quality service, and genuine care for the customer. Cannot say thank you enough!

Last year Caleb and his father replaced my awning hardware. They were very knowledgeable and a lifesaver. I couldn't move my camper without it being repaired. Truly thankful for them.
On a more recent note. I had AC issues and Caleb went above and beyond sharing his knowledge and expertise (hours on the phone and texting)in helping me look for and solve the problems with the unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having RV issues and can't or don't want to go to a dealership. Thanks again Caleb for all your help.

I called Caleb with a couple of issues and, rather than just go right for the appointment and service call, he walked me through a couple of things to try. Sure enough, I was able to fix on my own. I absolutely will be calling him with future issues. GREAT DUDE!

RV AC not working on hottest day of the year - called Reynolds who gave me a list of things to check so as to not pay for his service call. He was ready to come out if necessary but said he didn't want me to have to pay if it was something simple. Turned out he was right - AC working fine and he was as happy as me that we got it fixed without him having to charge me for a remote service fee. Who does that nowadays? Nice to see that Reynolds has old fashioned values and customer service!

We've called Reynolds on two occasions. The first was an electrical issue. We plugged into a 50 Amp and there was a bad ground on the pole so our converter and fireplace were fried. He got us all fixed up and back in the camping business. The second time we had a thermostat issue and he got us fixed up over the phone. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable and responsive. He will not disappoint!

Caleb was awesome! I had some questions when I had a problem with our camper. He texted me right away and helped get me through the weekend and directed me to the parts I needed. I would definitely do business with him¡!!!!!!

Caleb is amazing! We've had him come out a few times for repairs and service to our custom vehicle and he is prompt, knowledgeable, and eager to share what he knows. He even helped me diagnose a generator issue via text, saving me time, money, and sleepless nights.

As a woman working with a large vehicle, it is not always easy to find respect from service providers, but Caleb treated me as part of the team from the minute I reached out.

Service technician Rick was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was good to go before departure. Rick, in our eyes, went above and beyond anything we ever expected. Rates are more than reasonable for the exceptional service they provide. It is great to see a family-owned business that truly cares about their customer and not just the almighty dollar. Honest, hard-working individuals seem to be a thing of the past, but not these guys. Once again, thank you for your help. As much as I never want to see you again, I would call you in a heartbeat.

Very professional and very quick at finding the problem for my slide outs not coming in on the camper. I will definitely be using their services more in the future and I would highly recommend them.

We call Reynolds Mobile RV for a fresher water pump issue. We are from Houston, Texas area and traveling here to see family in Iowa City. We stopped at Kepler-Palisades State Park for the week only to discover our fresh water pump was not working. We called Reynolds about getting service here at the park. They were courteous, timely, professional, and fixed our problem. Considering our situation, they were priced very reasonable. I highly recommend Reynolds Mobile RV Service. Caleb is the best in the business! Instead of charging me an arm and a leg he walked me through how to fix some plumbing issues I was having. It was a Saturday night, 8-9 PMish and he still took the time to help me out and get my problem fixed! I can’t recommend Caleb enough! Anyone else would have charged 100’s! I will definitely be using him again in the future for any issues I can’t fix on my own. Give him a call and I guarantee he will help out on site or over the phone!

Was having issues with our brakes on our fifth wheel while travelling home back to California. We had stopped at rv park in kellog IA and called Mr Reynolds. He was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and polite. Fixed the problem within a short time. Definately recommend. Wish he lived in California so he could do all our rv maintenance!

Our travel trailer had storm damage. I called Caleb and he patched our roof, fixed our slide outs and replaced a motherboard for our hot water heater. He did preventative maintenance and put together an estimate for our insurance company. Caleb has since assisted my husband over the phone to repair our furnace. He's very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
Our camper is a 2017 Salem. Our dealer wasn't able to get us in for months. Other dealers were backed up too, long wait times to get in. Caleb was here quickly, and did an awesome job. Very happy with his service.

I would highly recommend Caleb. I had an issue with my RV on a Sunday evening and he responded to my phone call/text very quickly, even though it was a Sunday. Instead of just coming out and charging me, instead he told me what to check myself which fixed the problem. Caleb is very honest - he did not need to tell me how to fix it instead of making a service call. The next time I need RV service I will definitely use him.
