Very quiet, and peaceful. And a great place to live.

BAD MGMT! The park could be a nice place to live if not for mgr Penny Belloc, asst mgr Shaian Rodriguez (see her review 5* is biased since she is MGMT and also owner Allen Yadgari put 5* biased), maintenance man Salvador Ortega useless, just drives real fast in a cart full of children, on the wrong side of the road, and sometimes not on the road. He was fond of driving up on sidewalk knocking large rocks into the street that either myself or my partner placed back. Previous MH owner sold to me not telling how he was harassed by #34 asst mgr and her husband the maintenance man, then I lived there 1 year and sold my MH and after 3 months the buyer is now moving the trailer out of #35. Numerous other trailers moved while we were there too. Cops called 4 times by asst mgr on me and my partner all unfounded complaints, even wanted arrest for trespass before moved out. These are crazy people, suspicious fire that I saw activity late at night outside as usual, and mentioned to Penny's bf and he told me I didn't see anything, but I did. Then Shaian called the cops for arson attempt in her trailer, and her grandma was there telling how arsonists start the fire. She had more information on how to set a trailer in fire than me or anyone I know. Shaian and Salvador, our neighbor at #34, harassed both my partner and I constantly and the mgr said she won't do anything as it's her daughter, then the retaliation started from 7/1/22 until day I moved out 10/28/22. I had to move early because attempted breaking into my home and vandalism to my car. Was to leave on 10/31 but too scared to stay as a violent person and her husband was outside that night with his flashlights he did quite often and was 1 of my complaints for being harrassed. Also would not refund my deposit because the park was now under new ownership. I told Penny security deposit is supposed to be returned within 30 days, no matter who owns the park. So I brought a demand letter, giving 10 days to return my deposit.The new owner finally sent my refund. BTW, I have lots of audio, pictures, texts, and of course the unfounded police reports. Live here at your own risk!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs, most problematic placewe have rented from cant even have grandma over to babysit without someone telling her she does not belong in the park theyre stupidly strict in visitors even if its your own family

I never cared for looks like but I guess it's okay she's home
