Within the same day I received a call from Sean and he made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of for me. Mud Hole is a great place to order anything for rod building, and their attention to customer satisfaction is better than anywhere else I’ve shopped.

This new site is great! Once I figured out how to navigate them its a snap! I am a old person (70) and not particularly talented in computers! I can even order at 2am in the morning and its there!! Slower than catalog and a person taking the order in person but day by day its becoming easier for me! And is no joke! I placed an order at 2 am in the morning and payed by Pay Pal!!’ Great

A recent order from Mudhole got delivered to the wrong mailbox. I contacted Mudhole to let them know that I did not receive the order. The same day, they prepared a complete reorder for me. The next day I was able to work with the postman and find my package. I contacted Mudhole and cancelled that replacement order.

That is outstanding customer service. It was a post office problem but Mudhole took responsibility immediately.

Excellent customer service, never had an issue with any agent when calling to check on availability of back ordered items or question about a product. Everyone has always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Haven't had an opportunity to visit in store yet.

Online ordering and checkout is super easy and convenient. Online shopping cart usually tells me if they are out of stock on any item. Most items seem to be restocked within a week and shipped out ASAP.

Great email communication and confirmation for order details and shipping. Discount codes sent only through email and must be correctly entered at checkout to apply. Delivery tracking on every one of my deliveries has always been standard with the free shipping. Keep up the great work Mudhole!

This place is great for anyone that uses fishing tackle. Great customer service whether you need to build a custom rod, to acquiring small rod parts like tip guides. Very down to earth place

I have been using Mudhole for my rod building for a few years now, and I must say the customer service is EXCELLENT! The team here will do whatever it takes to fix what went wrong, even if it wasn't their fault. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service is awesome. Stopped by while on a mini vacation to get a few things and got to meet the mullet man. All the staff are great. Definitely highly recommend dropping in if you have never been there.

This place has an amazing website thats easy to navigate. You can get everything you need at a reasonable price. Along with several things you dont need. Everything is packed with care. Never had anything mixed up and everything has been shipped quickly.

I have made several purchases online in the past but with the most recent one I realized there was an option for special requests. They jokingly suggest asking for a drawing of a dinosaur on the box. So, for fun I asked for one. Well, I got it.

I realize it's a silly thing but it proves that the company is paying attention to the details and that's important to me. This is a great company.

Used their CFX Carbon Fiber fore and rear grips for 4 freshwater rods that needed to to be renovated as the old grips were falling apart from wear and tear. These grips were easy to use, reamed easily (be careful as it is very easy to over ream them), and looked good on the rods. Once the glue was dry, I coated all of the grips - fore and rear grips - with one thin coat of Permagloss to protect them. BE CAREFUL about using Permagloss as the fumes are really toxic. I suppose there are other products out there that would suffice. I let them dry for a couple of days . They turned out beautiful and I would definitely use them again.

the level of service and support is second to none. it is occasionally frustrating to have random components out of stock so I can seemingly get 8 of 9 things I need for a build, but they also seem to come back in stock frequently enough. the MASSIVE library of tutorials, videos and the easy to access phone support makes Mudhole so much more than just a store. I've learned a ton and gotten the products I really want. very much enjoying my rod building journey and Mudhole's crew is a giant part of this.

I've made several orders recently and all have been delivered in a timely manner. Packages have been put together well and no damage to rod blanks or other items have occurred. Knowing it's in Oviedo your best is to order online and pickup in store, if your close. I usually wait 2 days and my order has always been ready. The staff has always taken great care of me. Spent a hour talking about rod building and supplies and tips I would need. I highly recommend this store. 100% thank you guys.

Would like to change my review. I am still not a fan of the smart post shipping. I will upgrade shipping whenever I can. Recently had a damaged order, Mudhole handled it perfectly and very efficiently. The staff they have added over the years really seems to have this business in a good place!
