The staff is very personable and love the small town feel of customer service. I grew up in New Hampton and live in the Twin Cities and opened up a money market account and a CD recently.. Highly recommend Luana Bank..

We saw a note in our local newspaper about a terrific CD rate being offered by Luana Savings Bank. We decided to go to the New Hampton branch and get more details. The staff members who greeted us were extremely pleasant and efficient. Our account was easily established. Thank you for providing this financial opportunity. We have returned two more times to purchase additional CD’s, because the interest rates are significantly higher. Each time we have been pleased with the good service.

My experience there has been amazing, I started with Gina S., moved to Jackie, and now I'm with Ben Larson. They beat viridian loan rates, I run almost everything from my phone, amd when I do occasionally have to stop in its quick and easy. I honestly don't have any negative feedback

this great relationship I had with Bill (bank president) to new owners that changed the name to “Luana SavingsBank”
My concerns vanished. I just happened to meet the new owners and president before they officially opened the new bank and just introduced myself..
