We had a water pipe that was vibrating downstairs and Steve L. came and diagnosed the issue fast and fixed our problem fast and was very friendly and professional, would highly recommend and look forward to having him work on the rest of our heating and plumbing needs in the future.

We contacted Geerts this afternoon because we smelled gas in our furnace room. DJ came to our home within 10-15 minutes and also notified Dan from Black Hills Energy, who responded promptly and did awesome as well! They searched for the source of carbon monoxide in our home and DJ & Avery had a new water heater replaced (after hours) in our home within 3 hrs after finding the source. These guys are true life savers and we so appreciate them all being on call 24 hrs a day 365 days a year to take care of us and our community! They are professional, positive, friendly, and we can’t say THANK YOU enough!!

We had an extensive listing of plumbing projects to be completed. We worked very closely with Lisa in all of the planning. Steve L. was very thorough and detailed in all of the work he performed, explained everything, and answered the many questions we had. He was a great person to work with - very pleasant and informative. Dylan and Jacob were also effective apprentices. Overall, we were happy to work with the Geerts team.

We have had Geerts Plumbing and Heating for many projects. On our latest project, a bathroom remodel, Justin did an outstanding job with the installation of our new shower, cabinet, and counter top. He was very professional and courteous and on time. He is very particular about his work and cleans up after the job is done. He and Geerts Plumbing and Heating are highly recommended. We will have them for future service if needed.

Completed a new build and they handled all the installation. Great group to work with, Lisa was very knowledgeable about fixtures and costs, Adam with digging and layout from interior to exterior, and those helping with installation, DJ, Justin and Jesse were very respectful, timely and knowledgeable. All had great customer service and good communication throughout the project!

Lisa does an impressive job in managing the Geerts operation. They are the best. The Geerts professionals performed all the HVAC requirements of my home construction and have continued, over the years, to keep all systems well maintained. They have always come to the rescue when I've needed help and are especially good at providing "training" when I don't understand something. I totally rely on them and they will do anything I ask of them, which is a tremendous help to me.

Justin and Jesse were on time and extremely professional for our bathroom remodeling project! Lisa helped us through selecting all of our fixtures. Quick and reliable service!

Just recently I had a drain line get plugged on a Sunday night and DJ was there the next morning to get it cleaned out. The service at Geerts is fantastic! Every time I have an issue Lisa has someone there same day or first thing the next day to get it addressed.

Had an operational problem with our 15 yr old water heater. DJ Schueth did the checkup. Turned out it just needed some routine maintenance. He was very patient, thorough in his evaluation and shared his knowledge of his process.

Geerts was our plumbing and heating installation for everything when we built our home in 2017-2018. DJ Schueth was especially helpful with our in-floor heating system.
