Bought an expensive set of tires that were defective. Had them replaced and sent in for warranty. After almost 8 months of waiting and sandy telling me she never heard from them. I contacted the company directly. They had issued sandean the check months prior. When I confronted Sandy she claimed they miraculously just got the check. I've heard from many other unsatisfied customers as well.
