Precision of New Hampton

What a fantastic bunch of people!! I had a problem with my torque converter. Not only did they fix my issue(s) I was treated to a guided tour of the business and it’s operations. The employees who I interacted with was very helpful, friendly and seems happy to be to part of an amazing place.
This place is so busy with multi Million dollar contracts… I felt special these people took time to fix my 1 torque converter and gave me some good training.
I can’t say enough good things about these people. They took very good care of me.

I don't believe there is anyone that provides reman torque converters that is doing it better than this group. Once and done and competitively priced.

This is not a review on product quality... As I just ordered it (7.3 billet converter)... But I didnt want to pass up the opportunity to share my impression of this company... I had the pleasure of speaking to Deb over the phone and wow was I impressed with the on hand knowledge she has... She managed to get me into the right and very specific torque converter I wanted.. She saved me money by telling me what she recommends based on my specific mods and application... They have all specs on hand and know about all the the specific mods that can be done to the torque converter... I have talked to many big name performance diesel companies and very few could answer specifics and NONE had this level of professionalizm and customer service... Based on my initial impression and things I hear about them, I have no doubt the product will match the customer and exceed my expectations... When I receive and install, I will have a complete product review on powerstroke army, profile name EPA.
