We have enjoyed many meals with family and friends at the Country Junction. Some family favorites are the taco salad, lasagna, open face beef, chicken wrap & the Junction Burger. The lettuce is fresh and often locally grown. The Country Junction is famous for a variety of fresh homemade pies. Our favorites are coconut cream, rhubarb crumb, and pecan. If they are very busy, you might want to ask your server what the pies are right away and have him/her set a slice aside for you. Since they are fresh, the selection varies, but we have never had a slice we didn't enjoy! Today my daughter and I had Chicken Alfredo for lunch. It was absolutely delicious with big chunks of chicken and a fresh warm bread stick. The applesauce is also fresh with big chunks of apples. It was cold today so we enjoyed a treat of hot chocolate which was served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. That was our desert this time. They have a few smaller rooms that can be reserved in advance for larger gatherings such as large family gatherings, birthday parties, bridal shower/baby shower gatherings as well as a larger banquet area in the basement for lunch or dinner meetings. They have a banquet coordinator to help plan meal selection and other details for these special events. The Country Junction also has a gift shop if you are in the mood for a little shopping. There is a large parking lot and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. If you are in a wheel chair you may need someone to open the front door for you. The Country Junction is a great asset to our Dyersville community and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have for the last 30 years. This barn shaped restaurant was designed and built in 1990 by Jerry and Jeanine Koch. Happy 30 Year Anniversary to the Country Junction Restaurant!

The food and service is great here. Try the honey mustard ham steak, or on Saturday & Sunday try the fried chicken. You have to try a huge slice of one of their homemade pies. They also have a nice gift shop.

We seen this country restaurant when we stopped in town. So happy we stopped here! The food was excellent. Delicious home cooking. Their menu has something for the whole family. I had the Barnyard Burger. All beef thick burger, topped with bacon, egg, and tomato and lettuce. One of the best burgers I have ever had. The sides are awesome! I had the hashbrowns with cheese and onion. Hearty portion and large shredded potatoes. My new favorite way to have them. Nice little gift shop and country/farm theme throughout.

Well worth the long drive! The crust on the chicken fried steak was still crunchy, even though it was covered in mashed potatoes and then both were drenched in country gravy. I also tried the sour cream and raisin pie, which tasted almost like cheesecake, but with plump juicy raisins? Different, but very good!

I really liked the quaint country ambiance. The service was good. I liked my hamburger and apple sauce. My wife loved the sweet potato fries. There’s a lot more exciting things on the menu especially desserts that we will try on future visits.

The waiter was very friendly and always made sure our drinks were full and that everything was up to par. The portions were huge for a good price. The asain salad i had look very fresh and well put together. Im always pleased with anything i get here and the home cooking feeling is the icing on the cake. Great place for anyone and everyone.

Perfect place to eat on the way to Galena! We had a very friendly waitress, the restaurant was clean (including the bathroom), and the food was delicious! They do serve large portions, my mom and I split a piece of chocolate mousse pie and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

2nd visit... Went back for dinner and did notice that even though the food and service was fine, as usual; I did think my dinner meal was a bit over priced. For two (no drinks) and 1 shared piece of pie our bill a(including tip) was about 40 dollars. All else was fine!

Nice Place! Nice lunch, nice folks, nice atmosphere, and a little gift shop. Yes, great pie; but lots of other things top notch, too. Interesting places to visit right nearby also. Have a nice visit and a nice meal, Enjoy!

When the restaurants in Dubuque were all packed we decided to travel down the road to find something to eat. What a pleasant surprise! The staff was very friendly and apologized several times for our 5 minute wait. The food was homemade and tasted wonderful. We will definitely stop in again the next time we are in the area!

Had a great waitress. The salad was huge and the BLT was yummy. It was all topped off with a homemade strawberry rhubarb pie. Love this place and it was busy even at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

Great place to eat. An excellent selection of food. The pie is the best. The staff waited as we were late getting there from the burial of my mother and they were fantastic. This is a place we used to go to often. This is a place you do not want to pass up.

Excellent food and staff!

If you go away hungry, it's you're own fault.

The Country Junction is a view looking at the past with antique tools, equipment and memorabilia that makes up the decor.

The building was built primarily with new materials, with the exception of the giant beams that span the building and the original silo boards, barn boards, and beveled siding that were gathered from sites throughout the state. The building was designed and built in 1990 by Jerry & Jeanine Koch.

I'm bummed that I live in Florida and can't come here all the time. My breakfast was so good and it was so much food that I couldn't finish it all which is unheard of from me especially for breakfast. Great start for the rest of my day at the Field Of Dreams, then the road to Missouri. I plan on visiting the area again and will definitely be back.

Wonderful hamburger vegetable soup. Apricot sauce on chicken was so good. Jim loved his sour cream raisin pie. They were out of pecan pie. Get there early because the pie goes quickly.

Lovely experience. Excellent waitress and delicious food that truly tasted home made instead of frozen or reheated. It was our first time dining there and definitely a good, memorable experience.

Grew up going here and still love it to this day. Fantastic breakfast or brunch. A truly unique gem of Dubuque County. Great for locals and out-of-towners alike. Staff is always friendly and greet you warmly. Also a go-to place to pick up any local fare including area wines. Fun place to shop for unique gifts the family.
