Jaydan is an awesome example of what a customer service person is. I needed some Van Sickle Case IH red paint and she did everything she possibly could to get me that paint. I wound up with a raincheck, but I was quite impressed with her devotion to service. Thanks again.

Check out staff are friendly. The woman at the desk greater us when we came in the store yesterday. That was nice!

A nice store to stop in and buy things. I just happened into this place, and it was a wonderful experience. Clean, modern, and full of wares to keep your farm productive, yourself clothed, your car running, and your home furnished. Lovely store, would stop in again if I find myself tooling about the backroads of Iowa.

Everything is so easy to find . Friendly people and great service and well kept and clean store!

Went to get some paint that I needed, they said they had 6 cans of what I needed, but only had 2. No waiting to check out at the register.

The staff is always helpful, and I usually find what I'm looking for.

Sat at the bar and got drinks w/ rolls immediately. Appetizers followed shortly and food did not take long at all. Our bartender Londyn was awesome at her job and very friendly and attentive. Thank you... probably one of the best trips to roadhouse.

This Theisen's Vehicle Maintenance Shop is top-notch! After a bad run-in with a horribly maintained Highway my tire and wheel were both ruined. This very Theisen's installed those tires a few weeks ago, and offered me a road-hazard warranty. My frugal mind did not buy it, yet it would have saved me over 70$ after only a few weeks!! The auto department was incredibly communicative, understandable, and did it all at the right price. I was able to retrieve my beloved SUV a couple hours after they had the parts, and it drives/rides/works GREAT.
The OEM ( *M dealer) would have charged me over 700$, and my beloved SUV is driving again for under 200$!!! That includes normal extras like tire sensor programming, balancing, and free flat tire repairs. You cannot hope for a better experience. Theisen's as a company, and this one in particular has earned years of my business after only 2 visits.

Thank you Carmen, and all of the guys in the shop. You've earned more stars than I can give, with less workers, and I will be seeing you next time my SUV needs work!

Awesome store,the pet section is fantastic, everything a person needs for their pet is there. The workers were also awesome, always someone around if you need help,to have to go and try and find someone.

I am not from here and I had the bad luck of blowing a tire, my luck turned around as soon as I got to Theisen's. Kurt the assistant manager went above and beyond. The whole automotive crew was exactly what good customer service should be. They were friendly and beyond helpful.

Always friendly and accommodating staff. Something for the entire family and more.

I love this store. Everyone is so friendly, and I can find almost everything I would ever need. My only complaint is that bras are not sold here.

Big selection and nice workers yes indeed they have auto and farm supplies and good clothing options

Spacious and filled with different inventory. Parking lot has plenty of room. Staff is friendly and will go way out of there way to help you.

Great shopping, have all most anything one woukd need. Everyone is very helpful n nice ... pleasant shopping experience.
