Wild Rose Casino & Hotel Clinton

We were there for a work party in the banquet room and overnight at the hotel. We were so impressed by Shanna Schmitt. She was so very friendly with a huge smile and an awesome personality. The rooms are clean, the front desk was so helpful and she was outstanding. We have been coming for the work party for the last 11 years and we are so appreciative of how kind and accommodating the staff is here. Thank you to Shanna and the entire staff , we will be back for certain and we appreciate your hard work!! Look forward to seeing you soon!!

I've lived in Clinton for 5 yrs and have never visited the Wild Rose Casino. I had a blast and a half. The rooms were clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I won some money. You can't beat that with a stick. We missed breakfast of course, because we were up until 3 am playing the slots. We ( 5 people ) had the best time and it's my birth month so I barely paid for anything. Fun fun fun. Loved every second of the stay at the Wild Rose Casino.

Was at Coaches for lunch...never a bad meal there! I was leery of Chicken Tortilla Soup BUT OMG delicious! Everyone is so friendly there. I always enjoy my time there!

They are always very welcoming in this place. I have a true appreciation for a great customer service. If you ever need something to do while you're in the area go check them out!

Had a wonderful time on 9/17 won a little money and had great company! Only complaint would be no one came up to me while I was on a slot machine and offed me a drink. Need to work on that !!!

Love visiting wild rose, the hosts are super nice, very helpful and friendly. I've stayed in the hotel many times my rooms are always spotless, the staff in general is awesome. Their suites are beautiful, very comfortable. My grandkids wish they'd get a pool area, but overall a great experience.

Easy parking, close to the doors, plus it's well lit at night, so no worries about leaving a little later at night. I walked around the casino floor and saw some nice peor, it was clean, and I heard some bells. I don't know if they got the dinning part done yet, but I used to live going out there to eat. I hope to try it out when

We had fun! I didn't lose. Yet I didn't win alot. Won double my play money. Of course I only spend what I am willing to lose. So yeah my husband and I had fun!!!

I haven't been able to stay overnight at this place yet but it is on my to do list for the new year. The same goes for their restaurant on site as well. I live in Cedar Rapids which is over an hour due west of this casino. The drive takes me through small towns and especially in winter can prove challenging. But I was able to go to this small casino last summer and was able to come home with money. It's almost always busy and despite the usual promotion or give aways people expect a casino to offer this place is busy regardless. I usually see people older than me here but recently it's a mixed bag of age group. Plenty of free parking available. We'll lit and secure. Staff are courteous and professional. Bathrooms are clean and free of debris on floor. Yes, smoking is permitted here. And despite their best efforts in cleaning the slot machines, I still find ash trays and spent drinking containers on machines. The people that work here are hard workers and friendly. I saw a few hand pay jackpot go out the time I was there but not me. I broke even on this recent trip. Which still makes me feel like a winter. Clinton, Iowa is a river town. Very popular in the summer time as to be expected. Winter time, the weather in Iowa is challenging so if the roads are OK, I'll visit. So, in my opinion this place is a great place to visit.

This review mainly pertains to the hotel as I stayed here for work and didn’t even go into the casino. I came to this hotel with low expectations as most casino hotels I’ve stayed at are usually over priced. The hotel was reasonable it was updated and had nice finishes. They said they had a grab and go breakfast so I wasn’t expecting much with that either but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. They had good muffins and canned apple juice and little milk and orange juice containers. The coffee was pretty good too I just wish they had better creamer but that’s being picky. The parking was great and overall I would stay here again. Hopefully next time I will have time to go to the casino.

It was our first time experience ever being to a casino or even a hotel with a casino in it. Yes we spent about $200 and lost it all in the casino, but overall it was a blast! Yes even though the hotel did not have a hot tub or jacuzzi in the rooms, our stay was very much enjoyable. We basically got out so we had peace and quiet and no drama, and that's exactly how our experience was. Peaceful and quiet, with no drama. Definitely going back soon.

Needs a no smoking 🚬 part of the Casino in another room. Hard to breathe in there when you are trying to quit smoking 🚬 yourself 😔! Security there were good to Me helping me get to My room in My wheelchair and the 🗣 Security Man from Rock Island who was a Cop was the Best. The Young Man from Camanche was My favorite room Cleaner who stood and listened to me Poor out My heart about loosing My 🦵 in December. 20 yrs old. Love You Young Man and Erica Smith I watched grow up was so sweet and great to see her again. Food was okay but Casino Hotdogs were bad. Stale buns. 😂. Seen Alot of people who I haven't seen in awhile. Especially those who owes me 💰. Not a gambler but had fun except for the Smoke in the Air!

Went for an outdoor band performance. Was the best! Love they do this for people. Had food vendors etc. Great job!

Did not stay long. Good clean friendly place. Live craps didn't start until 2pm so I missed it. Recommend

We like eating at Coach's Corner! The manager is very nice, and is great at making you feel welcomed! All of the servers are helpful as well. Food is great!

Haven't stayed here in years, but when we did it was nice!
