I was there about 4 months ago when I had to come in for chest pain in the ER. The nurse Kyle was very professional and kind. Aaron was the Nurse Practitioner in the ER, he was very informative and professional. He explained what was going on in detail and gave me complete peace about my chest pain. I was there for about 4 hours but I was waiting to get a second set of lab work to make sure it was not my heart and I had to wait a few hours. I have complete faith with this hospital and if I am ever in an emergency I am thankful we have it in the community.

The employees at this hospital are amazing! They are patient, friendly and always take care of our needs. We drive 30 miles to come here when we have a hospital 2 miles away from our home because of the awesome people here! Thank you David County Hospital!

Arrived with 2 girls 4 an 7. Been bring these same 2 girl's to be seen since their birth 1-3 times a year. Mother put me on concent back then an anytime they said they were updating their system .I got a new face at Registration. She refused to register both girls showing symptoms with out consent from the Parents. This was a shock as I an Mom knew I should be on consent. She the only person that didn't know me by name) I offered ID. but still had to call 3 X's to awaken Mommy ,she works nites and has 4 kids. I couldn't get a form for Mom to sign. After that all lab, and staff in Meghans office were a 5 star. Both girls were sent home with RX. for a contagious illness an one serious, they are my
Great Granddaughter's.(I'm also a retired employee of 14 year ,so I know she was trying to do as told. And had girls safety in mind. and new..) Thanks Mommy for waking up for call.!

Beverly Oliver is especially rude. Probably saw autism on my charts and decided that I was mentally handicapped because that's how she treated me. I could tell she didn't appreciate being called out. I also felt like I wasnt believed. The other star is for everyone else. They were friendly and kind.

Was recommended to DCH + Dr. Floyd, great. Yet referring friend quit. Dr. Good at first, then NOT! As if he lost any interest. DID! expressed concern. Terrorized by 1 staff, while all else were moved out. Beware who you trust with health care!!! Gone to better.

I was in the ER in Davis County Hospital, Bloomfield, IA, with severe Covid and pneumonia. They decided, after filling me full of drugs, it was time to leave. They called my daughter insisting she pick me up. I was seeing double and triple but was made to walk alone, past a whole row of seated medical personnel. One shouted for me to pull my mask up. My family are outraged.
Maybe if you cannot attend to a patient, you could allow her family to help her.

This hospital is supposed to be AMAZING. Dr. Greaff is amazing. Followed him here from a different hospital. But EVERY single other experience I’ve had with this place has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I spent the night in the hospital once around New Years (2021). I spent the whole night throwing up and miserable because they wouldn’t call the doctor to call anything in. And the admitting doctor didn’t put anything in. And now I’m standing a COVID line because my kid has ALLERGY symptoms. Even the doctor and nurse were like he does NOT need COVID protocols... 🙄🙄🙄

Banned me permanently for proving them wrong twice and having the phone calls of the clinic director guilty of medical malplractice, plus ordered dangerous P.T. against a neurosurgeon's recommendations for spinal injury.

Refused to send me to a spine specialist I'd been seeing through another hospital before I moved, despite positive imaging, test results, well-documented history and injuries. Young hispanic doctor (can't remember his name at the moment) accused me of lying and doing this for attention. Multiple times.

He did this to me on another occasion. Refused to treat me, clinic director argued with me, shouted and spoke over me, swore at me, and denied there was anything wrong despite 2 positive test results and the fact that she isn't a physician. I had a massive infection, went somewhere else, then DC said they would treat. They did, I finally got better, but the young doctor kept insisting I just had chlamydia despite 2 negative test results, despite the fact that previously prescribed antibiotics would have treated that, and no way I could have gotten it. Kept accusing me of lying. Kid, get real. YOU are the one I caught lying.

Finally, physical therapy put false information on my record after they did a test wrong. Stated I had no core muscle activation because the lady did the test wrong and didn't explain it properly. I have a very strong core, actually. So what do she prescribe? Several exercises, some good, some directly conflicting with what her supervisor prescribed previously, several VERY BAD for this spinal condition and DIRECTLY FORBIDDEN by a neurosurgeon (chops, cow and cobra, planks). But hey, PT knows better than the most educated specialists of all doctors? Someone with 15 years of education and decades of experience?

My whole visit felt like a dang joke! Nurse practitioner didn’t even come in for an hour, keep in mind we were the ONLY people in the ER at this time. Just to say oh there’s nothing we can do because we don’t have an ultrasound on the weekends.
