Austin was AWESOME! He helped us pick a phone that fit our needs and in our price range. No pressure. When there was difficulty setting up one of the phones we purchased he did not give up till the issue was resolved. He even stayed late to help us. He is knowledgeable, kind & very, very good at his job. This young man should get a raise! Verizon has a prize in Austin.

Great customer service and support, Austin Davidson is a great person who helped us with the phone purchase and we got the verizon service with no hassle. Even though he doesn't speak Spanish he never gave up and was patient with us at all times, I highly recommend this place.

After many hiccups, I finally got my new phone. The hiccups were not caused by anything this dealer did or did not do. When I actually did get my phone, Karla G was fabulous, and so sweet. She set it up for me and made sure I knew the important highlights to running my new phone. I can’t say enough about the help she was.
