Side Track Restaurant

This is a great little restaurant in the tiny Town of caliente had really good burgers, good music. It had a secret entrance to the speakeasy next door. Great atmosphere. Super friendly and helpful wait staff.

This place is a gem! The food (chicken and veggies, bacon ranch pizza) was delicious and worth every penny. I should have taken a picture, but I was too hungry to wait. The lemon cake was the true star, though. Light and sweet but not overly sugary. I wish I had brought a whole cake home!

The food is always fresh and beyond amazing! Appreciate the friendly and courteous service! Favorites: pizza, Patty Melt, Burgers, Teriyaki Chicken Bowls, you really can’t go wrong!

We enjoyed this place for a quick lunch. Turkey sandwiches were good as where the beers. They even had a porter! The service was top notch. The waitress was delightful and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely return.

Small town cafe with lots of personality and friendly staff. Food is café typical.
The owner was so friendly too and when we needed a jump start on our car she asked all her staff if anyone could help. Then she was out there with us until we got going again!!

We had a great dinner and breakfast here. Food was amazing and priced very well. Service both days was excellent. I'm always looking for small owned restaurants like this. Too bad it's 2.5 hrs away from Vegas! Thank you for the great time Caliente.

We were camping in the area and decided to have breakfast at Side Track, and boy, are we glad we did. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were awesome. Our server Kellee was great 👍. She was so welcoming, professional, and really friendly. She made us feel at home. The food was so good, and the pictures of Harleys on the wall were right up our alley. If you're in Caliente, head over to the Side Track Restaurant, and you'll be glad you did. 😋

Great place for breakfast on the road. Service was friendly and prompt. The standard breakfast was cooked just right. The yogurt parfait had fresh fruit, granola and delicious yogurt. They even had good black tea available.

First time eating here, since we are staying in Caliente for a few weeks. Friendly staff, very clean restaurant.

This is the Sidetrack not Branding Iron like google says. Best place in this town. This was the cleanest place. Food was great. Pizza was not super but pretty good. We were here 3 times on our stay being from Las Vegas we are a tad spoiled. They had craft beer and wine too.

Good food and extremely friendly staff! I had the fish and chips with sweet potato fries and it was extremely fresh! Lots of my friends recommends the Rice Bowl with Steak or Fish, so I’ll have to try that next time!

We love the atmosphere and the vegan food options. It was such a great experience our first time that we keep coming back when we come through Caliente!

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We got a burger and a pizza. Perfectly adequate food. A small, but nice selection of beer. Some wines, too. Only a few, nicely separated tables. Several people stopped in for their take-out orders. Very friendly staff. Fun story on the back of the menu, although I missed any connection to Caliente

What an unexpected delight. When you hit a small town diner on a road trip your expectations are not high. But Side Track was great. The food was creative and delicious, the atmosphere bright and fresh, the service excellent.

What a wonderful spot! We ordered three of the personal pizzas to take on the road. They were hot and delicious. It wasn’t fast, but that’s totally ok. It was all made fresh. The person at the counter was so warm and friendly and shared a lot about the area. Highly recommend!

My friend got the knucklehead and said it was the best burger he had ever had. Party melt with mashed potatoes was the essence of comfort food. Great time. Good food. Fast, friendly service.
