Douglas at Slumberland was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He even offered to visit my mom's house in person to help her with the remote and explain how to use the new recliner. Very impressed with the exceptional customer service!

We had a great experience at Slumberland! Our salesman, Doug, was very helpful and knowledgeable! He did not hang around us the whole time and gave us space to talk by ourselves until we needed his help, which was very nice! Would definitely recommend Slumberland and Doug!

At first I was not sure of how good the customer experience was going to be because I was not greeted in a timely manner. However, after I was greeted, Doug Graham was very helpful, beat a price on a similar recliner at a local competitor, and even offered to assist me with delivery as a second helper. Doug was a very polite professional, employee. He directed me to what I needed and was very understanding of my situation.
HE was not high pressure but seemed to know which chair I needed.He even used his own car to get the chair to my son's house. His chair broke and he had little to no sleep in a wheellchair.. If ever I need anything in the furniture line, I will look up Doug because I know he is fair, he is HONEST, and a kind of man you want to do business with. I'M thankful for being able to deal with a true, dedicated person who really cares about his customers.

I was grateful for time to walk around the store without someone following me. Sales people are available and we're quick to respond to my questions. It may my buying experience much more enjoyable.

I bought new bedroom furniture from Scot B (sales rep). He was knowledgeable, and not pushy. His coworkers were also helpful on the one day he was off and I needed a few questions answered. I would use this place again.

There were super great!! Not very pushy and Jerrod made the buying process very very easy and made us feel very confident in our choice.

The more I buy at this store the more impressed I am and the more I will go back. Mr Graham is a straight shooter and cares about my goals and my price point. If I have ever had a problem, which I haven’t, there is not a doubt in my mind he would take care of it. I have bought a bed, table, 2 recliners all individually over the last few years. I think that says it all.

We were warmly greeted upon entering the door and assisted enthusiastically and professionally while shopping. I am very happy with our experience there and hope to continue working with them.

I just purchased three Flexsteele sofa recliners from Slumberland. One of which was a special order (this store didn’t carry the model I preferred). Jarrod and the other team members could not have been more helpful in ordering what I wanted. Very much looking forward for my new arrivals and making future purchases to round out my home makeover.

This was our first visit ever to Slumberland and this location. I would usually dread walking into a store like this, but Doug Graham was very helpful and made the experience stress free. He let us wander and try out different pieces and ultimately made the purchase easy. Highly recommend

We found a few choices for bedside stands at the neighborhood Slumberland store in Coralville after searching online for months. The store allowed us to take our first choice home from floor samples to see how it fit/ looked and then we ordered two. There was plenty of help loading to our car at pick up and now we have two new great multifunctional bedside stands. The touch light off/on feature was a surprise but very useful . Thanks to Jerrod and staff .

Doug was great to work with!! All of the salespeople were extremely attentive but also knew when to give us space to talk privately.

Top guy there, salesperson, shared everything my Father and I needed to know to come to agreement on a few pieces of extraordinary furniture for Dad's new condo: a sofa and chair, matching design, with complimentary fabrics/upholstry chosen for each, 2 swivel- leather " bucket" " reading" chairs, one charcoal, the other, peacock blue, and three yellowish-seated, canadian-lumber bar chairs that were, as the assistant assured us, exactly the right height to fit the island in the kitch: we await their arrival with anticipation, and gratefulness for awesome support and knowledge from the people there! Looking forward to our next purchase at Slumberland: thanks so much!

Doug and Frank are absolutely amazing! We explained our need to get some bedroom furniture quickly for guests arriving in a few days. Doug worked with us to get the furniture we liked in the time frame required. I highly recommend Slumberland Furniture.
