Cant speak on loading out, but have delivered many loads of grain to this facility. First time here I was a little nervous. Went into probe/inspection office and asked a few simple questions. The staff was great. Gave me step by step instructions. People that have problem here don’t have there paperwork in order, ie. missing numbers, or there equipment is a wreck. Have your trailers ready when you get here.

Make sure your trailer is clean if not they will provide you broom and other stuff to clean your trailer inside the wear house. Overnight parking available on street. They are pretty fast nice staff. Clean restroom. Overall okay

I should up on Sunday to load. I thought no one was working. No one answered the phone when I called either. Shortly after a lady showed up to check me in. Just wait patiently on weekends. Hop on the scale to receive a weight ticket. Pull into garage bay with doors open for trailer inspection. Clean restroom for drivers at inspection bay. Back into dock with doors closed. Must scale out to open the gate to leave. Fast loading.

Came here to pick up a load. Went thru the scale and straight forward to door A for trailer inspection. Make sure its clean and odorless. Hauled spices before this load and had a strong odor inside of the trailer. They didn’t reject my trailer, but did put some ground coffee on the floor. Waited for an hour and was good to go. I wish other shippers will understand our situation just like these guys did. Thank you very much for hard work. Definitely will be coming back!!!!!

Nice staff and fast loading they need clean trailer i reached there 2 hours before they load in 15 min

I'm a regular here, if your trailer is clean and dry before you show up it saves alot of time, people are very pleasant and helpful.... courtesy goes along ways with these people.... loading times have gotten better here lately....

Went across the scale for weight of truck and trailer.Then into the trailer inspection bay.Then off to the loading dock.Entire process lasted about 90 minutes.Trailer must be clean and odor free.Absolutely no leaks or moisture.

Always good. Pull in on scale get ticket. Pull forward into inspection bay and check in and sweep out trailer. They seal doors and tell you what dock to back in to. DO NOT remove seal, leave doors shut they will come get you for paperwork. Pull on to scale and scan ticket to leave

This is my 1st time doing a review but I p/u on 3.25.19 at 1930 but due to shipper taking 4ever to unload made me late for 6pm appt time & Ed is the best! If the company is not aware what a jewel he is now you should be! Ed was by himself & he came down to the gate to check me in, then back to the dock & loaded me, gave me some oatmeal & better direction than GPS which cutoff about 1.5 hours to my destination. The facility is clean & state of the art, you don't open your doors they do it from inside 😲state of the art facility. Also truckers at entry you are weighed, get time stamped ticket & go to the left "A" when leaving you are scaled again, time stamped too. Oh I meant to say Ed loaded my trailer with thought & strategy. WOW! Hands down this was the best place I have been & I've been trucking for 5 months . The owner should give "Satanmart DC's" instructions on how to be efficient, decent....... Ed thank you, you represented very well for your employer & we truckers appreciate it.

Fast loading ,took me in 3 hrs before appointment but make sure your trailer is in perfect condition and super clean

Modern facility, easy in and out for trucks, very strict about clean trailers but u got the chance to do it here inside the big entrance building. ..loading time around 2 h

Make sure trailer is clear..they are very friendly nd so quick in and out in 45 minutes

Easy to find, plenty of room for a big truck. Friendly people. Super clean and efficient system for dry van loads.

Only worked at Grain Millers for 2 months but I would highly recommend them!! The management and employees are the greatest, never meet so many nice helpful people like here. I found a job closer to home and pays more, or would of stayed.

Scale in and out, pull in bay they inspect trailer thourougly, then I must sweep out vending and restroom in inspection station, very fast load allow 15-30min to clear inspection and sweeping trails out, back in Dock with door closed loads fast, people aré nice plenty of room easy to dock, dont see anywhere for overnight parking.

Very friendly and fast loading they even blew the trailer out for us our trailer

They worked me in early and had some space on outer road to park for break
