A+ service. Couldn't ask for dealing a better place. Justin was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us. Figured we would be out our car for the day and was called before 11 am that it was ready. Don't care if it's your car truck or mower trust that Martin's will fix it right the first time. Giving 5 stars cause Google doesn't offer 10 star reviews

This was the best experience with any auto servicing company I’ve ever had. They are thorough, honest, and kind. You can tell these gentleman enjoy doing what they do and care about each and every customer. I am always nervous about getting work done on my car, but this experience was easy and communicative. I brought my 1959 Cadillac in for a front end alignment and wheel balance. They did a perfect job and now it drives like a new car. Im mot surprised because i have been taking my cars there for a while and am always satisfied. Thank you again for a GREAT job!

High quality shop. Making an appointment online was fast, and easy. Shop team members are very professional. High volume of cars shows customers high level of trust in their years of experience. Just want to express gratitude to this place for taking care of me during a long trip home from Texas to Michigan. My transmission light came on in what felt like the middle of nowhere. I pulled off the highway to go to a gas station to figure out what I was going to do when I saw their sign and decided to ask for help and am so glad I did. I know they were busy but they squeezed me in and were able to tell me what was going on with my car and went the extra mile to find out my transmission was still under warranty. They gave me a printed and emailed copy of the inspection report and I was able to make it home to Michigan where my car can be serviced tomorrow. Jonathan and his team were so kind and helpful and I’m forever grateful for their service on a stressful trip home. Thank you!

As always...wonderful service...I really like the way they come to tell me what's going on & explaining why I can't find what you could on older models of vehicles...like the dip~sticks for the transmission. I'm sorry...but technology needs to back~off so that we vehicle owners can check things too. Just saying...🙂

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Estimated up to 3 hours to coat the frame on my vehicle, and was done in half that time. Excellent experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

It’s always a great experience every time I visit Martin’s Auto Service. The entire staff will work with you in every way. They are very welcoming. When servicing your vehicle they are very detailed. They will breakdown requirements in order of necessity make suggestions but leave the decisions up to you. They will do everything they say they will do and will keep communicate with you to keep you informed of what is going on. I’ve tried others because I moved out of the area but they don’t compare to Martin’s Auto Service so I continue to come back to Martin’s

After my wife's Prius died on the side of 51 with a, "Hybrid System Malfunction", these guys found the cause. Rodents had chewed through system wiring! They made a creative and low cost repair that would have most likely involved a costly parts replacement at a dealership. Kudos to their friendly and capable staff.

Justin was the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with concerning a vehicle. I will be returning for some of the recommended services he explained to me.

I was on a road trip down to New Orleans pulling a trailer when my truck started to vibrate violently. I was able to safely pull over and assess my situation. I looked for the nearest auto mechanic shop using Google maps and I seen Martin's was only about 1 mile away. I was able to slowly and safely get off the highway and make it to Martin's with the truck vibrating the entire time. My first impression walking up to the shop was that it's extremely well kept, clean and immaculate! I was welcomed immediately coming into the lobby by Justin. I told him what was going on with the truck and he assured me that they were going to look into what was going on with the truck immediately and get right back to me. Within about 30 to 45 minutes they had a full report ready for me with pictures and video of the inspection they had done. My driveshaft u-joint had broken and was barely hanging on! It was a miracle I was able to drive it a mile without it breaking off completely. They told me they could get a used driveshaft from a local junkyard that was about 45 minutes away. They were transparent about the time it was going to take and gave me an estimate of what it would cost and any extra charges that MAY occur in certain scenarios (based on the condition of the used driveshaft) i would say their prices were very fair!
After they received the part it was just another couple hours and they were done. Justin made sure to explain to me everything that was done and even gifted me some merchandise from their 50th Anniversary celebration. I was very pleased with my interaction with Martin's, they turned a stressfull situation into a very pleasurable experience! If I'm ever back in Anna IL, I plan to stop in for a visit!

Martin's is THE gold standard for automotive repair. I towed my dead Prius from Carbondale because of their highly trained staff. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism. I can fix most cars but I had bought a dead Prius and it had me baffled for months. Them too- but only for a few hours. They pulled the massive electric hybrid battery out, balanced all the cells and released it back to me with an 18 month unlimited miles warranty. The Prius may be 13 years old now, but it is not even middle-aged yet in my book.
In my 36 years of driving, Martin's is: Best, friendliest, most comprehensive, and by far the cleanest automotive repair shop I've seen. I'd give 11 stars.

First time I’ve ever used Martin’s Auto but I am now a lifelong customer! The entire team there did an exceptional job! From explaining things in great detail along with photos, finding me the best parts for my vehicle, making sure everything was in perfect order, not to mention allowing me to use one of their loaner cars which was a huge PLUS!! These guys are absolutely fantastic and now my vehicle feels brand new!
