These five stars on all categories go straight to Jaime!! My sister and I were on a huge road trip and pressed for time, and Jaime went out of the way to help us even during lunch hours and was genuinely happy to do so. Incredibly kind, welcoming vibes and went out of the way to authentically talk to you as a person. Made our stop in Moab very memorable. THANK YOU JAIME!

We've been to Starbucks inside City Market a few times now, they have a space inside the grocery store near the entrance (or exit if you will), the staff is efficient and seem to have a good report between each other, the drinks we had were made within the expected timeframe, would visit again.

JAMIE AND SHAFER ARE KILLING IT! It was super busy today 6/23/23 with not only in store customers but also mobile orders and they were slamming orders out left and right. Seriously amazing! The only Starbucks in town and wow, even dealing with rude customers nicely! Amazing amazing amazing! thank you so much for handling the volume you guys do and with a smile on your face! Best customer service!!!

the employees were really quick and professional! my family and i went there many times because we haven’t tasted such a good starbucks coffee in years. the only shame is that the starbucks is a part of a grocery store which ruins the atmosphere.

I don't like Starbucks because their drinks are just so sugary. But...they have good service and are friendly. If you don't like too much sugar, order a green tea latte or just drip coffee.

I just bought a mug because I don't like Starbucks completely overrated coffee. But the service was very friendly

Omg this Starbucks is great! Megan and Afton are always so friendly and helpful! It's very clean, fast and they always make my coffee just right!

White chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso paired with a Birthday cake pop is where it's at. Never disappoint! Pumpkin cream.cold brew and a pumpkin mufffin when in season is 🔥 😎 💯

The staff are really friendly and they make great coffee. I haven't tried any food there, but I'm sure it's as good as their coffee.

They vet busy the high school kids, but it's the only Starbucks there. Despite them being busy, they were fast. The workers had to keep a fast pace which they did well

Was extremely busy. Another employee walked up to register and started using it,, as i waited to he waited on. Not sure what she was doing a lot of typing, a growl, talking to the girl waiting to take my order. Felt like a waste of my time.

A little dirtier than I would like. Watched the girl making my order, grande pumpkin spice latte, 3 people got their drinks before me. I saw her crumble up my cup 3 different times 🤔 finally got it.

No seating it's in a grocery store.

I just needed a cup of hot water and Eden went out of her way to help me even though she was the only one working and there was a long line! I hope the managers see this, Eden was awesome!
