Fun and visually interesting place! Server was friendly and knowledgeable when we had questions. Ordered pizza, spin dip and Greek salad. Pizza was hot and delicious, spin dip was yummy, the Greek salad was huge and amazing! Different selection of pizzas or you can create your own! Margaritas were strong and tasty. Cool place and different from big box pizza places. Give it a shot!

Found this place on Google while in town for business. Had good reviews, so I checked it out. Very much worth it. Service was fantastic and so was the food. I went with the Meatball sandwich with a side of tater tots. Excellent sandwich! Bread was very soft and meatballs very tasty. Good food and service. Enjoy!

Visited this location during August 2022. I've been to a couple of their locations and believe this sit is the most interestingly designed of them all. Really like the university vide with the Hawkeye mascot and other effects arranged throughout the restaurant. As for our order, the salad was really fresh and pizza super tasty. ESPECIALLY appreciate they continue to offer a non dairy pizza, as it's the only one my daughter is able to eat.

Great food and fun atmosphere. We had a couple different pizzas and both were awesome. Exactly as described on menu. Try the pretzel bite appetizer. Comes with PBR beer cheese dipping sauce and top beer cheese I've ever had. if you close I suggest going. Good prices too.

Staff was very pleasant, professional and explained menu items clearly for us since it was our first visit. Food was hot and drinks were cold. I would recommend this place if you haven't tried it. Decor was very interesting and fun.

I ordered delivery from here because I was staying at an Airbnb nearby. My available pizza choices were either here or Papa Johns. I definitely made the right choice ordering from here!

I had no idea this was a regional chain restaurant until I looked it up afterwards. The quality and variety of their pizzas was very high, so I had assumed it was just a local pizza joint. The pizza itself was very unique and tasty!

The delivery did take a while to our location — so the pizza was kind of cold when it arrived. A quick warm-up in the oven did the trick, though, and we were all very satisfied and impressed with the pizza. There are no locations in my state, but I would definitely order from here again if I’m around one of their locations.

The food was great honestly when my friends and I stopped by for a couple of days at Coralville. Hope I can stop by again when visiting the city!

Stopped by, first timers, for lunch on. Wednesday while in town. We were seated quickly AND friendly! Jeremiah was our server and he was attentive and very pleasant. Pizza crust was divine as was sauce and amount of toppings. I opted for the Pacific Rim and it did not disappoint. Restaurant was clean as we're bathrooms. I will visit again and recommend to my family!

Delicious pizza! Fresh ingredients and the crust is awesome. Mae was very nice and helpful. Very happily surprised by the entire experience.

Fun atmosphere. Fairly good pizza. Attentive service. Inside Coral Ridge mall. Views of carousel.

Music was kinda loud but other than that it was a great meal and great service

First time ordering from Mellow Mushroom and it was amazing. Talk about a “special delivery”. My wife and I just became parents hours ago. We order some pizza to enjoy as treat at the hospital. Turns out I couldn’t leave to pickup the pizza. Eric the manager (who is now forever part of our baby story) went out of his way to get us our much needed nourishment. We’re also both vegan and the pizza was just delicious with all the veggies. Such an unexpected joy and treat. Thanks for making our day that much better!

I didn't eat there this time. I just sat at the bar, drank few draws of Guinness and watched football. Just killing time while my wife and daughter did some shopping.
We have eaten here before and the pizza is really good and good, friendly service. I would recommend it if you at the Coral Ridge Mall.

Today was our first time at your restaurant. Eric, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was very clean, bright and unique. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the area, dishes, silverware and tables.the food was awesome. Great job Eric and staff. We will be back!!!

OMG where do I start lol.......Amazing service.Our waiter was awesome.Now on to the food.To start off we got the pretzel bites with beer cheese.They are delicious.Beer cheese is on point and has multiple dipping uses.We got a large thin crust half Great White with chicken added and the other half was ham,BBQ pork,pineapple and bacon.Omg they were both to die for.We will for sure be visiting again any location we come close to.AMAZING JOB TO YOU ALL AND HATS OFF TO ALL THE HARD WORK YOU ALL PUT IN!!!!!!!!!

We were driving back home from Canada to Las Vegas and stopped in Coralville for the night and wanted pizza. Found the Mellow Mushroom online and dined in about an hour before closing. Ordered a medium House Special pizza. Very good and the portions were large. We loved it. Unique pizza place. Husband ordered 2 different beers and liked them both. We also enjoyed talking to our server and manager. Great guys.

Absolutely a must try hands down if you’re in the area!!! Clean, airy atmosphere. Waiters and cooks are incredibly friendly!!! Cooks made us a special vegetarian taco pizza..it was to die for!!! So accommodating! We’ll be back

Fast friendly service food was good. Went in not knowing much of menu. Lots of options even my buddy who is vegan had options.
Has become a favorite spot when in area

The atmosphere is so trippy, I love it! Vegan pizza was delicious. First time I had tempeh on pizza and it was a winner. Crust, sauce and cheese are great, and such a large variety of toppings. Service was kind of slow, took over half an hour to get our order of two small personal pizzas.
