Classic department store experience. Slightly retro and vintage feeling for those accustomed to shopping online for the past 10 years. Plenty of employees, organized shelving, nice presentation of clothing and products. Helpful for items that you want to see in person.

Nice selection of quality and fashionable clothes. Good assortment of other household items. So what I would expect typically of JCPenney as far as quality and service goes

This was my mother-in-laws favorite store. Ours closed in Waterloo, Iowa, so we had to stop in while at the Coral Ridge Mall in Iowa City, IA. Thus store had a huge selection and a lot of deals. Check them out!

Love still having a JCP in Iowa. My father was a corporate buyer for Pennys for 30+ years....retired from JCP back in the early 2000s....makes me happy and brings back so many childhood memories when I walk in the store.

Took my kid to the salon for a haircut . The stylist was awesome . Very talented and was able to make a teenager happy while providing a Mom in the late 40s relief . To top off the experience , cost less than I thought it would . Apparently , I didn't finish my prior review . Today , took my teenager back so that she could color her hair . Same experience that will keep us going back . Can't say enough positive things about them . Them being busy is to their credit

Bought luggage there. Great price also we were approched by a sales person who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Also she made us aware of the coupons that were available. I wish more shopping experiences were like this.

The associates were awsome asking if I needed help, and with happy faces. Always see lots of clearance items, and lots of great value items.

Clean environment and helpful staff. I felt safe and welcome. My stylist Mikala was the most skilled, friendly, efficient, spunky hairstylist I've ever met. I felt like a VIP and was out of there with an incredible cut, shampoo and style in 40 minutes flat. She gave the definition of top tier service and I will definitely be returning soon!!

I had an amazing experience at the Salon. Lisa cuts my hair and dyed my hair 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩 she done an amazing job and will always go there . Great service form everyone. And while I had my hair wrapped in foil to bleach she off to go for me at Starbucks and get me my favorite drink dragon fruit drink 🥰🥰🥰🌸💞
