Sad to see this place go, but economic times move on. The museum has some cool stuff if you like bikes. The flow was a bit odd at times, and it might have helped if the place was set up by year, bike genre, or something other than we git this, and here is some open space. It's hard to follow for several in our group, but it's still worth seeing.

It was great and a great ride. 8-hour round trip 15 bucks is well worth it if you're into bikes Yes sadly they're closing September 5th I wish some millionaire that was into bikes would buy this. What a shame it's going to be gone .I feel this place is crucial to the lifestyle

This museum is great!

They also give military/Veterans a discount on the admission.

The history and the motorcycles are amazing!

I CAN NOT believe they're closing their doors in September.

It's a shame this museum and the history are going to be auctioned off.

I'm hoping someone with the cash can step up and save this place before it's gone.

It's definitely worth a stop and seeing all the motorcycles and other history.

See it before it's gone!

This was an awesome motorcycle museum, had visited with my brother years ago, so sad to see them closing, all the bikes, memorabilia gone to the highest bidder, but good to walk thru it again

I've passed this place literally hundreds of times each time saying, "I should stop here" much to may sadness I hear they are closing this year. So, I finally stopped. Wish I had gone earlier and more often it's such a treasure and it's so close for me. I feel shame. Anyway, it was fantastic. It lived up to it's "hype".

I visited in 2022 & thought I left a review, but apparently not. This place is well worth the admission, if you're into motorcycles. There are a ton of cool bikes here and different areas of the museum. All the bikes I saw, had info about the bike.

Don't go thinking all the bikes are "pristine/redone", because they are not. Some are on loan/donated and are used bikes, that would probably start up and take you down the road. Some are a blast from the past, whether for speed or a technical wonder for it's time.

The museum is set up nicely and was clean when I was there. I do wish they had more room in order to see some bikes better, since some areas are pretty packed.

I recently saw that they will be closing this year, and what a shame. I hope I can make it there again, before that day comes. I live a few hours away & well worth the drive.

Get there before they shut down in fall. Took a run down there today from MPLS area. Well worth the 640 mile day. They are already taking a few things down, so get there soon. If you are into early Harley stuff, there is a ton. Also plenty of other bikes.

What an awesome museum! Definitely, worth our 2 hr drive here. Very educational, and a ton of vintage items from our childhood. Love it! The employee on duty was absolutely amazing. So fun with a great personality! Highly recommend going! Bucketlist goals! ✅

$15 a person to enter, small gift shop. Self pace tour, stay an hour or stay all day. There are lots of very cool bikes and even some cars and an aircraft. There are tons of memorabilia pieces everywhere you look. Go see it while you can as it's closing forever, fall of 2023.

Excellent museum and I learned a lot about the evolution of motorcycles. Many of the bikes has an information chart posted in front which helped me learn what the bike was all about. The walls are covered in old signage. There were a lot of Harley’s but also a section for Triumphs, Indians and some other brands, even old dirt bikes. They have a few exhibits set up to show the old board tracks and the wall of death. There was some history about the first female wall of death riders that I really enjoyed. It’s sad this place is closing in September 2023. Better get over and see while you still can!!!

Over 450 motorcycles dating back 100 years. A great display of ingenuity and engineering worth the time and effort to make the trip as they’re closing in September 2023.

Fantastic museum at the start of the Grant Wood Scenic Ramble; impressive collection showing the full circle from motorized bicycles (which look almost identical to today’s e-bikes) to rocket 🚀 cycles which look like they could be launched to Mars. Warning: you will want to finally get a motorcycle if you go! 📎📎📎

I believe the ship has sailed. The museum has closed. Sept. 6, 2023 all contents go up for sale by the Mecum Auction folks. If you missed a visit in person, I hope you can find some content online. Quite an amazing place.

Great destination for motorcycle enthusiasts or people who enjoy history and antiques. A good collection of historic bicycles also. Helpful informative signage with details about the items.

Small but packes with every era and brand of motorcycles you cpuld think of. Ot's unfortunate they are going out of business due to lack of funding. Make the trip, support motorcycle history, take your MC and bless the place and maybe they can keep the doora open.

This is an excellent museum. Unfortunately it will close for good on September 4, 2023. The day it closes will be a sad day indeed. See it while it still exists.
