I work for an auto finance company. As leinholders, we are required to verify insurance coverage for our clients on a monthly basis. Usually we can do it online, or a simple & quick phone call to the agent's office. I sure hope this office treats their customers better than they treat us. What could have been a quick & polite exchange was in fact Lynn biting my head off & complaining that we are harassing her. Completely rude & uncalled for, especially for something we don't like having to do in the first place. I'll be sure to recommend any other insurance agency to our clients, simply because of this & one other previous exchange. Do better, Stewart. Do better.
