I needed a spicket put in my basement. I called on Friday afternoon. They came Monday afternoon. One half hour later I had a spicket at a very reasonable charge. These guys get right to work and are not out to skin you! A++++

We had water backup in our basement! Called R & R in Red Oak, IA. Two men came to our house, were responsible and knowledgeable. Used a portable power snake on a 2 wheel cart. It was a clog about 15 feet under the house!
I will call them if needed in the future!

They were great . Our furnace went out and it was cold temperatures . They came fast . They had to drive over 70 miles to get a part for our heater . I also had ordered a part that I knew was bad it came the same day ,but wasn't supposed to arrive for four more days and we couldn't wait to get it . They did not charge me for the visit or part that I was able to install myself . I would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you R$R .

Are air went out on Sunday and we called they had some one here the next morning to start replacing it. New one in the same day. Thank you for your service.

Came and "fixed" our furnace. Bout a hr or so after he left it stopped working again. Called em back and the receptionist was SUPER rude and all the guy could tell us was must be the thermostat. So I technically paid for cr*p. Was going to keep using them but not after that incident. I'll use another company from here on out.

Called this business several times in regards to my water heater leaking. They never returned my call!
