Friendly and willing to help

Very bad experiences on multiple occasions. Our company used Matheson Redoak for a few years. In that time they made frequent billing mistakes, but never in our favor. We were constantly billed for products and services we never received or used. On the last occasion, we asked for a credit back on our account for over $300 of tank rentals, which we have never once rented a single tank. Their response was, "TOO BAD". They refused to credit our account and accused us of not supporting them with 100% of our purchases. This is after recently purchasing a $4000 bandsaw, a $4000 plasma cutter, thousands $ in consumables, supplies, and gases. We will never be doing business with Matheson again.
