Their special on Thursday is hot roast beef. The wife and her friend enjoyed that. I had shrimp and fries. It was very tasty, and the service was great. Highly recommended for a filling lunch.

Food was fast and delicious, service was quick and familiar. Nothing extraordinary but exactly what you’re looking for in a small town comfort food spot.

The Iowa Buffalo blue cheese bacon burger not bad a little different on the sauce and the firehouse pepper tenderloin just the right enough heat had nice breading nice crunch nice thickness not dry I'd rate that sandwich 2nd place in my tenderloin list nice friendly service

This place is Awesome! The western breaded tenderloin was an incredible treat! A huge tenderloin topped with homemade onion rings, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce! It takes first place in my book! The deep fried cauliflower, mushrooms and cheese balls were delicious! You have to take the time to go to Eldora, Iowa and check this place out! It will be time well spent. Hamburgers were awesome as well and did I mention the French fries were great! Check this place out!

Came in right before kitchen was closed, had a party of 3, still ordered 3 meals plus 3 appetizers, food was the best. I ordered a cheese burger and it was the best cheese burger I've had in a long time, the ranch was delicious. Highly recommend this place, server was very friendly and had a great personality.

Some of the best food I have eaten. And the server was AMAZING. She went above and beyond her duties. Very friendly. She was definitely a one of a kind server who I bet doesn't get paid enough.. if I had my own business she would definitely be exactly what I would be looking for

Try the funnel cake fries, you won't regret it!! The prime rib sandwich was the BEST we've ever had. Atmosphere was on point & our server truly made it an excellent experience. We don't live around here, but next time we pass through this place is a must!

The breaded pork tenderloin here is a must get. The breading was crispy and tasty but didn't hide the flavor of the meat. The loin was pounded out but not too thin and was still larger than the bun once it was folded over on itself. It's nice and air-conditioned inside and there's seating outside. Liquor, beer, and food, not much else needed other than your family and friends for a good night in town.

We had just finished the day from tubing on the Iowa River at Rock and Row Adventures. We needed some real good home cooked feel food and they definitely delivered. The staff was amazing and i have to be honest one of the best tasting ribeyes i can remember having in some time. We've been out in California for a few years now and this was exactly the feel i needed coming back home to Iowa. We will definitely return as they handled our party of 9 easily and even had a 13 come in 20 minutes after it's and were accommodating as anything! Great job everyone tonight!

If you want a small town restaurant to blow your mind with great service and fantastic food, you need to stop here! They have a fully equipped bar and a great selection on drinks. The food is great especially the Horseshoe burger and Wednesday they have wing night which is fantastic. If we’re in the neighborhood we’ll be here for lunch
