All the staff at the Red Oak Physician Clinic are courteous and friendly. I have never been disappointed with my care when I see Claudia Balta. And her nurse is always a joy

The staff at MCMH are always very caring, polite. Never pushy. Dr Hayes is by far my favorite. His nurses & well, All the nurses are pretty fantastic. 😍💫💥

Smooth, seamless effort checking in even with a small line and rapid enjoyable experience with the nurse before visiting with my doctor who was informative and helpful in determining my further course of even better health over time. I was parked and in and out in well under an hour.

I can't reccomend Claudia Balta and her team more highly. They have gone above and beyond for my daughter since she started seeing them at 6 months old ( now 2 ). They take the time to explain everything and I always leave feeling confident that quality treatment has been dealt. My wife and I also decided to have Claudia Balta as our primary care physician and we have been very happy with the consistency of care we continue to receive from her and nurse Cory. Furthermore, the ladies at front desk are always friendly, helpful and efficient. We usually have the option schedule an appointment within 24 hours or sooner and the wait in the office is never long.

Love coming to see Liz. She's taken care of me and helped me get better in many ways.

Moved to Iowa abut a year ago, and called several Doctors to take me as a new patient. I called in 1 days and Dr. Schmadeke took me right away. Dr. Schmadeke has listened to me, and taken all the appropriate steps in making sure my health is under control, he examines his patients thoroughly and truly does care. He is very outgoing, has a great sense of rumor, and does a fantastic job. He is such a wonderful doctor, I have personally referred 3 more friends and family members to see him for their health issues that aren’t being addressed with their current providers

Great front staff and medical staff. Professional, friendly and out going. Greeted upon check in and when leaving asked if I needed anything else and have a great day send off. Tom was attentive, listened, answered every question and I felt like I was his only patient not the routine in and out care. Thank you and I highly recommend.
