Vernon is GREAT to deal with! I appreciate so much the time he gave me to help me understand the electronic side of my purchase. I have used Reindeer Pass for many years as they have been my favorite G Scale provider and am very pleased that Vernon and his wife are continuing the same quality and excellent service that we have been used to getting. I am excited to see a fresh, younger face take over this business and am sure that he will build on the reputation that has long been known. Very pleasant shopping experience! I called an hour before closing on a Saturday, yet Vernon stayed late to get my order out the door ASAP. Thanks again so much!!! 5 Stars all the way!!

First, they are STILL IN BUSINESS!!! They are great to deal with. On postage, if they initially over charge, even a very small amount it is refunded immediately. I have dealt with them over the internet for over 2 years. They mail products within one day.
Met them in Tulsa last summer and they gave great assistance to several of my questions. Best g-scale people to deal with!!
