Old Town Park

Always camped here. Its one of the last natural camp grounds without side by side rvs and power boxes. If u want a small park with peace and quiet where u feel close to nature and leave modern day distractions this may be your lil Park to stop by and enjoy the small river basin

It is nice and peaceful you are next to a river where you can go kayaking on has a playground and has bathrooms! Good get away as long as the kids behave and you clean up after your self before leaving and make sure the fire is put out ! There is camping in tents or treilers but there is no outlets to hook up power to your treilers ! But a good place to get away !

This is such a wonderful place to take my daughter ....shes 8 yrs old and loves it......thank u for such a nice peaceful place to enjoy and share with my girl .....

I am reluctant to rave about this hidden treasure because I want it for myself. Located on the banks of the Nishnabotna river. It was free but will soon cost something due to installation of power and electricity. You might like that but it will attract RV crowd that always spoils the fun. I am a primitive Cro-Magnon ask anyone.

New restroom being built. Fully mowed. Plenty of room for camping or picnicking along river. Lots of wildflowers and butterflies in park today.

Very quiet, closed off campground site. They provide a boat ramp, where kids looked to be fishing as well. Beautiful sites off the far end.

Currently being graded and repaired. Nice little park not far from a sixty mile walking/ bike trail

Best place to camp and fish. Great place to just hang in the river.
