A friend had great experiences with the ppl at this store. I was displeased with 2 other stores in town, one store the staff didn't even say HI.
Michael was fantastic! Very friendly & full of information. He explained ALL options available to me, "top and bottom of the shelf" products & plans. I am very appreciative for Michael's time, expertise & professionalism. The guys you have working there are a massive asset! Thank you so much!

Jorgen was great to work with, very knowledgeable. We left our old and new phones with him and went to lunch. When we got back most things were taken care of, there were only on couple things to complete but we needed to be there for them. We would definitely recommend him and this store.

Kain was great! He laughed with us and took the time to do the process, didn’t rush through it. Small world, i took care of his gpa 💗

Jordan’s customer service was top notch. Stopped in to look at upgrade options and left very happy with a new IPhone 15 and an Apple Watch. He was knowledgeable and very friendly

Service was impeccable! Kain was incredibly knowledgeable and when I asked a question he couldn’t answer, he used his resources to get me an answer all while in the store. He took the time to provide me with not only what I had come into the store for, but anticipated other issues I might have, products/services I’d benefit from, and did so without “upselling”. I would recommend this store to anyone & everyone.

I went to the store for Verizon warranty repair but it turned out I just needed a replacement band. Jordan was very helpful and quick I was in and out to resume my shopping day with a task completed that I thought would be tedious. Thank you

Kayla was great! Gave us options for phone protections we weren’t aware of. Also, it was a fast process getting a new phone and transferring all info from old phone to new phone. Definitely recommend her and Be Mobile!

Michael was cool as a cucumber and made the decision-making process simple and streamlined it for me. There were several times I became skeptical and considered backing out but Michael's willingness to be helpful and answer questions kept me comfortable and I am now once again a happy Verizon customer.

Joe was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to set everything up for us and explained in detail everything about our new phones.

There’s a man named Joseph who works at this store, Joseph is very good at his job

They have great customer service and really do a good job listening to customer needs. They are locally owned and they can do pretty much everything any other location can do but they have more promos (an extra $150 of the Galaxy S10+ when no other location had that).

We went in to get a new phone today and Joseph was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Helped us out and answered all our questions!!!

Everytime I’ve gone into this place everyone has been more than helpful and willing to help out for any issues or concerns. By far the best Verizon place I’ve been.
