These guys were great to work with! They are reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area and the carpets looked amazing. My landlord said they looked brand new.

Alan did a spectacular job cleaning the carpets in my rental prior to checkout. He was communicative throughout the service, providing pictures as he went and advising of an additional cost to treat some tough dirt tracks on my stairs, and was a joy to chat with before and after. All promises made as advertised were kept, and you cannot beat their rates! I will gladly recommend Express to anyone needing their services - they have a future repeat customer in me!

10/10 Recommend! We have had our carpets cleaned annually for years, well we thought they were being cleaned! Alan exceeded our expectations tenfold. He is truly a master at his craft. We have a little yorkie…he was the first to ever actually find and treat his spots to make sure they were totally removed. He explained everything and taught me about carpet cleaning. I feel like we have new carpet! We will never use another company again!

Allan & his team are amazing! They make it very easy to have your carpets professionally cleaned whenever works best for you! You don’t even need to be home, they can let themselves in & invoice you directly to your email where you can quickly pay with Apple Pay. We have had them clean our carpets 3 times now, & will continue to use them because they rock!!!

These guys are the best! They always do such a fantastic job! They never miss a spot. We have them out about every 6 months because we have a big family and our carpets looks new every time they leave! Allen and his team are an amazing crew and we appreciate them sooo much!

These folks are fantastic! I contacted them earlier this week and they scheduled an appointment for me right away for this weekend. They were even very responsive with all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations for the carpet cleaning.

(There was a particular area in our hallway stairwell that was incredibly wrecked with mud and dirt traffic but Alan, his son and their other employee were right on top of it and completely brought that part of our rug back to life).

Did an excellent job in our home! Having tried a couple competitors in the FM area Express is hands down the best quality and most affordable in the FM area. I would recommend him to anyone in the house selling process he did a great job! Very fair and affordable upfront pricing! Veteran owed by a guy named Alan, great guy very friendly! I have a carpet cleaning guy now!

This business is super reputable and have heard nothing but great things about them. I actually called to have a carpet cleaned and later found out that my property managers had done it themselves. The gentleman I had talked to was super courteous and did not charge me a cancellation fee. There prices are outrageously cheap and all of my friends recommended me to them for all of their great work. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Alan did a great job with our carpets. Everything looks great and smells fresh. The picture and video messages as he was cleaning were really nice. You could see how it looked before and after as he went, without having to be there. He was punctual, up front with his pricing, and very friendly to work with. I would definitely call him for any future jobs.

Alan did an amazing job at our new apartment! When we came in right away I noticed that the carpet wasnt cleaned properly. After contacting Alan he was able to make an appointment with us to clean it properly very promptly. Used Express Carpet Cleaners for the move out special. Alan came by and cleaned the Carpets. He was very entertaining, funny and did a good job. Our carpets looked and felt great! Hard to beat their price for the quality of work they do!

Without going into specifics, Express were met with a considerable cleaning challenge at our home. They exceeded expectations in every way - even going so far as to correctly reinstall the carpet they cleaned and helping move heavy furniture back into place. This carpet cleaning company is by far the best one in the entire Fargo area. The individual was extremely respectful and knew what to do to get even the toughest of stains out. The time that it took was exceptionally fast and the quality of work is the highest I have ever seen out of any company around. Friendly, fast, excellent!
This service will go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Not only did Alan and Jackson (the two I met) kick butt with cleaning but Alan gave me tips and advice to help me with my move out. Not to mention they gave me candy to wish me a happy New Years. Will only go to Express Carpet Cleaners as long as they're around!

AL is the best carpet cleaner. He has been to our new place recently moved into and noticed water damage before even the management did. He also fixed our gutters and our mower lol. Honestly that guy is a work alcoholic and so amazing. I also had him do our previous place and I can’t stop mentioning what a spectacular talented individual he really is. Very honest personable and gracious. What a true blessing. Above and beyond.

After speaking on the phone with owner, I knew I was in good hands. He is a very down to earth man who takes time to hear your concerns, and is very understanding of people, and the different situations the may find themselves in.
