Steam Masters Carpet Cleaning

I always have Steam Masters do my carpet as they always do a great job. This year I noticed they also clean and seal tile and grout. Ours was looking pretty bad as we have had it for 24 years. It had even started to crack in about 5 places. Well, we are in total amazement at the job they did. It literally looks brand new and we cannot even see the cracks now! If you are in need of this kind of cleaning for your floor, I would without a doubt recommend West Fargo Steam Masters!!!

As usual, they were pleasant and efficient. SteamMasters always does a great job getting everything as clean as possible. If there is a trouble spot, they will point it out and do all they can to remedy the situation. I highly recommend SteamMasters.

My wife is a home daycare provider. So as you can imagine our carpets see a lot of traffic. We have been using another company for the last 8 years and were happy with the job they did. But as the story goes we were encouraged to try Steam Masters. From the set up, to the carpet preparation , to the cleaning, Steam Masters showed us why they are the best! When they arrive they start out by protecting your walls and any non carpeted flooring( the other company did not do that) and prepping all high traffic areas and stains. The machines they use to clean the carpets give off so much steam( the other company we used did not have the high steam option or did not choose to use it) your carpets have no choice but to become clean! My carpets have never looked so clean after a carpet cleaning! Bright and Ryan did a great job cleaning up once they were done too. The best part of the whole experience was how friendly both Bright and Ryan were. You could tell how much each of them Loves there job. I would recommend either of these guys to tackle your toughest job! Give Steam Masters a try - you will not regret your decision!

I absolutely love this company! We had Brad clean the carpets in our apartment when we moved into a house. The carpets were horribly soiled and he did an amazing job getting it out. We were so happy with his work that we had him do our new house! I cant say enough how very impressed I am with their service! Brad was so friendly and knowledgeable!!! He did everything in a timely matter and answered all my questions. I am so delighted with the results! Thank you Brad for all your hard work! You are amazing!

I had a great experience with Steam Masters! Had a quick turnaround for getting old furniture out and new delivered. I gave them a small window and they made sure we could make it work. They actually got red alcohol ink, which had been there for at least a year, out of a light-beige carpet! Technicians knew their stuff and even educated me on the best way to spot-treat pet stains and other common spills. Carpet looks great and, after deodorizing treatment, my house smells fresh and clean! Pricing is also more than fair. I will definitely be using Steam Masters in West Fargo again!

I had a couple urine spots on my carpet from when my dad came to visit with his dog. Steam masters was the third company I had come out to try and take care of this problem. Josh was the tech that came out. He was not only very professional and friendly but he took his time and answered all my questions. He did a complete and thorough job and focused on the areas that needed attention. Not like any of the other companies that I've had come out. Thank you so much Josh!!

They were able to get us in right away. The gentleman was very nice and professional. My carpets look and smell wonderful! They were even able to get most of a nail polish spill out!

Price is affordable considering the amount of effort they put into cleaning your carpet. A rep named Paul worked on my home in North Fargo and was quick, efficient and got pet smell out of the carpet down to the pad. Highly recommend using their services.

I had my grout cleaned and sealed in my bathroom and foyer and it looks great. SteamMasters always does an excellent job for me. I recommend them for all carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Had our carpets cleaned when we moved. I have to say they did an awesome job. We had some stains that I honestly did not think would come out but was very surprised to see they were able to clear them out. Prices were pretty competitive so I would say very worth it.
