Very nice little park. Trees, picnic table and fishing. Nice place to eat a quiet meal with someone. My sister and I eat here whenever we can.

Father Padilla park is very kid friendly. There is a mix of old and newer play equipment. Several picnic tables are located near the play structure for convenience. It's clean and neat. It also has a real ground spring running through it. The city swimming pool is adjacent to the park making for a fun afternoon with the kids. Father Padilla pond is located north of the swimming pool and a ball field is south of the park making this whole area a family oriented center for Herington residents and visitors.

Cool, shady and always mowed and weed whacked to perfection!!! Clean beautiful place to kick .back or play. Thanks to a terrific city crew!!! They are the very best!!! Thanks guys!!!:-)

Amazing little park. Has so much to do for the kiddos. Not from the area and had to make a stop for a conference call.. the kids loved it
