Redbox

I've been using red box for years. This red box was down for 6 days they charged me for every day I couldn't return the movie. Told me the would refund me but wouldn't refund me until the collect a balance because the couldn't overdraft my account anymore. Told me there system is automated and couldn't cancel the refund or give me a partial but canceled the refund and charge. And when I asked for a promo code for a free rental because of what I had to go through and costing me more money then it should have I was laughed at over the phone

Reported that the machine was froze up last Sunday and it is still down. I realize the tech department takes care of more than one machine,but it's ridiculous! Almost like they got another location to put a machine and that is all that matters!
