Peggy was absolutely phenomenal! She was helpful with not only finding one but two perfect frames for my face and prescription. I thought I went in prepared, I was wrong. She helped educate in a kind way on what they would need in future encounters as well as recommendations on what to do/not to do related to my RX. FYI 1) make sure your RX is up to date and not expired 🤦‍♀ 2) bring in a paper RX or have it faxed so they have it readily available. Thanks so much, Peggy! Best experience I’ve ever had with finding frames!

Mary and team are GREAT. They help you to get the best bang for your buck on frames and lenses AND they completely repaired the glasses I assumed were broken!

What a deal! What service! I don't know how we could afford to have kids (that can see) if we didn't have CostCo. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You always make our youngest feel cool, instead of embarrassed or ashamed.

Optometrist was great. Very informative and patient.
The eye glasses themselves were rattling a little for a while and the lenses are hard to clean.

Called ahead to see if I could order contacts. They said I had to come in. I waited 45 minutes and they told me my prescription expired. That's something that should have been told over the phone.

I found the frames I wanted ( but no help in picking them out). The price was great. I have had them adjusted 4 times and just can't wear them for more than a couple hours. They hurt my nose. The last time the gal put soft noses peices on but nothing helps. I called and talked to the manager to see if I could exchange them for another pair that would be less likely to hurt my nose. Nope!! Costco is not like other vision centers where if they dont work you can get something that works. He told me the only guarantee is that you get the frames you ordered. He said if you decide you don't like the frames you can't just return.... THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE! I've worn glasses for 40 yrs and these are the only ones I've not been able to wear. Beware!

Not impressed right off the bat. First time visiting Costco optical to inquire about getting new lenses for my daughter as she had a new prescription & we were asked how old her frames were; I said maybe 2 years or so. Was then told Costco requires you to get new frames every 2 years regardless of where the frames were purchased so we could not just get new lenses, we also had to get new frames. Absolutely ridiculous. I am not spending more money unnecessarily. I’ve had my frames for over 5 years & my daughter still has the same frames one year later. Will not be shopping Costco optical simply for this reason. Completely absurd. Have never been to an optical store that has had this requirement. 👎🏼👎🏼

Do not buy glasses, here. On the exam. they will try and get you to agree to an extra $20 for a totally useless report. As for the glasses, there is poor service, rude manager, and poor quality lenses that scratch easily. Forget about asking for spare screws.

Man who appears to be owner/manager not interesting in helping. I ordered scratch resistant lenses, they scratched worse than I have ever seen in over 50 years of wearing glasses. I paid for replacement lenses, which scratched horribly again. Manager would not consider free replacement, didn't care what I thought of the service, saying "Go right ahead" when I said I woud tell the managment of Costco..

Well, I will tell Costco management. They are also responsibibe for having sch a poor vendor in the store.

Went with my daughter to get frames for both of us. The two women working there completely ignored us. We were there for 20 minutes looking at frames unassisted. Another customer walked in after us and they immediately asked her if she needed help. I am so fed up with the overall poor service at costco. We then went to Sams Optical and the customer service was great, even above and beyond, with a better frame selection. I am returning back to Sams Club and getting my membership refunded at Costco. Costco does not value it's customers.
