Some months back I bought a 1997 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4 from Ronnie Bruton. The truck runs like a dream! I just called Ronnie Bruton about towing a vehicle across town, needing it done as soon as possible tomorrow, and he said he could pick it up at 8am tomorrow morning. WOW! TOTAL PROFESSIONAL! The tow was as gentle as could be for the situation and the price was comparable to other the difference was thia place showed up within a few mi. And the others said it would be an hour or more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Call ANYONE other than this guy. If you do call him, don't expect him to show up or even answer his phone. You're better off pushing your vehicle.

I wouldn’t even give this guy a half a star. I called to get my truck out of his impound lot he was very rude and disrespectful kept cussing at me and midway into a question he would hang up on me and he did that multiple times. Then I called and find him I was on my way to get my truck and he said gonna have to do it tomorrow he supposedly didn’t have time for my services. Which I also have to pay another night of impound fees because he’s too damn lazy to get off his ass to help his customers. He finished by telling me to make sure I bring him all of my money. And then hung up on me. Worst person I have ever met!!!!!!

Do not like Britons I live in this town and I know how he is , he two busy cheating people to sell you parts
