Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

I walked in that store irritated. I was very unhappy about the phone I wanted not being there. Colton P. was there and greeted us with a smile immediately. I sat down, still complaining. It was getting late, my old phone wasn't up to par. He explained to me some options I had and then pulled out a phone and handed it to me. He spoke to me on a personal level and was extremely humble. He gave me time to check the phone out and did not pressure me. I ended up loving the note 5 and purchased it the same night. He worked diligently to get my phone ready and stayed late. He made sure I was taken care of and happy when I left. I walked away with a new phone and a really cool charging pad and I'm very pleased with the service at the store. 5 stars for that, and the lead, Samantha is more than gracious and humble with everyone whether it be face to face or not. Good people, good store. I support them 100%

Mostly like the staffs willingness to deal with technology challenged customers. They know their stuff yet can talk on all levels. Nice that they acknowledge you when you come in even if they are busy with other customers. I love my Verizon setup, it's exactly what I need.

Mason Aves took his time to get to know me and my wife on a personal level before making suggestions and helping us decide on the phones that would work best for us while never feeling like I was being pressured into anything. I will definitely recommend Mason to anyone looking for help at Verizon.

Customer service here is great. Any time I enter the store I am greeted within one or two seconds even if all representatives are busy. I always leave the store feeling confident that the representatives have helped me choose the right devices and service plans.

I have nothing but good to say about the Arkansas City, Ks location. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They give you options of what will work best for you and your situation. Keep up the good work!!

Very good Customer service, and Mason was very knowledgeable and helped me so much in my problems with my old phone and in choosing a new one.

I had a lg g2 and an old plan. Was costing quite a bit of money and they helped me get a good Upgrade to the v10 and got a better plan.
