Great customer service! The food is always hot and fresh. General Manager Wesley is great with customers and his team and it shows at this location!

The food was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest stores I have been to in a long time. It is nice to see a store full of smiling faces these days. Keep up the good work!!

I love Arby's especially their market ranch turkey bancon sandwich. I do miss their potato wedges, however their crinkle fries are ok. Staff is always friendly and helpful with fast service.

The roast beef sandwich and curly fries were hot and delicious. Store was dirty. Would probably be back.

This place is the best ! Ask for fresh food and they will make it for you.

I went during noon Rush Hour the line took forever!! the food was well worth it staff was really friendly

I was hoping I would get a survey.
Food was great. Employees were sincere and caring about their job.
It was busy lunch of course and they were working as hard and as fast as they could for their staffing.
One worker said "I will be back in a few minutes " and for a..second I thought ,wait ,,it is busy.
But then shortly he showed back up with another employee that he went to pick up to come to work and as soon as they both walked in the door they both started working and helping guests.
Now that is team work!
I come from a job with a great deal of team workers so it really showed here!

Drove from Oklahoma to have lunch. Very friendly guy up front. Fast and accurate. Love dodge city every time I visit.

Amazing food, and great customer service

I came through the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 meals. The guy at the speaker was so genuinely nice even my daughter told me he sounded so nice. I didn't get his name and it isn't on the receipt but I always have a good experience when going to Arby's. The employees there have the best costumer service and they really make you feel better if you have a not so great day. Plus the food is amazing! If you are driving through Dodge I would recommend you stop at Arby's. Out of all our fast food places here they have the best customer service and in my experience they rarely mess up on the food!

Went for drive-through. The people seemed nice. They did a great job with my order.

Food was good service was good but don't understand why time after time after time employees called sandwich pork sandwich over and over and over I ordered Country Rib Sandwich that is how it is advertised nationwide There was even a big poster in there Window that said Country Rib Sandwich yet consistently employees called it pork sandwich not pork rib or Country Rib Sandwich so am I being deceived were they playing a game is it false advertising I'm not sure but wasn't a pleasant experience hearing over and over and over that they were calling it pork sandwich

The food was ok and prepared as normal for Arby's. We were there at lunch and most of our food was to order. We did have to pull up but, they were fixed in a reasonably time and all correct.

Is a very good place to eat. They were clean. The food was served hot and fresh. The condiments bar was kept clean. The trash was taken out on a regular basis as was the floors were patrolled and swept to keep them clean.

Staff was so helpful and courteous. Helped an elderly couple bringing them their food. Holding off making food for officers who were called so they could have fresh meal. Awesome

The food was fresh, the employee taking my order was very nice, the place was clean, and the manager was a blur and busy busy busy! When I couldn't make a decision which sauce to put on my "to go" sliders, he smiled and gave me 3 popular sauces :) A great manager!

They are a great orange cream shake. Like a Creamsicle. It's of the past without the stick. Gyro are really good as well

Nice clean location. Consistent menu options, with the exception of the salads no longer being available 🙁

We arrived just before closing after a long road trip. The staff was friendly despite our being there late and didn't rush us to finish our cooked-to-order food. Impressive!
