I bought my house 14 months ago. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted the see if i had the same opinion a year later than when i first bought the house. I believe reviews are important for the consumer and that providing a honest review adds to the collective good of the consumer.

With that said Dan Lynch was simply oustanding, from when I first met him till the closing Dan was attentive of my needs as a buyer in every way. I would highly recommend Dan and he would be my first choice for realtor if I needed one in the future.

We listed our former home and bought our new home with Dan as our agent. Dan and his staff are extremely personable, friendly and professional. Dan is an incredible wealth of knowledge on real estate pricing, zoning and restoration. I would highly recommend Dan to friends and family.

We were recently in town to purchase a home. Over the course of a weekend we were able to view multiple neighborhoods and a number of homes that met our criteria. Upon our return home we were able to finalize the transaction.

I have done business with Lynch Real Estate since 2004....through many transactions. They are the hardest working firm in Real Estate and I won't hire anyone else.

This review is not so much for Lynch Real Estate but specifically for LISA MILLER. My only regret is how long it has taken me to sit down and write it because she deserved it the day after closing. Lisa came as a personal referral and was absolutely as good as you’re going to get. I think there were days I called or texted her literally 47 times. And she responded by answering the phone, or texting back every single time. I had a lot of questions. For every house we looked at. Be it obtaining previous inspection reports, checking into property boundaries, understanding this crazy market and how to competitively make offers… She nailed it. I’m on call for work and that meant she had to be on call for me. She was. My home purchase was in KCK and I was mostly looking in KCMO. An hour and a half notice at the end of the day to go look at lemons to find a diamond… Lisa never once said, “Sorry, I can’t make it tonight.” If you’re paying attention then you know where her office is. Lisa, I really have to apologize, you deserved this review two months ago and thank you for all you did to make my home purchase as effortless as it was. And for everybody reading this, do yourself a favor and quit reading reviews, you’ve already found the best answer.
