Let’s start if with customer service: ever single one of the men I takes to treated me with so much kindness and respect. (Sadly as a woman looking for auto repairs this isn’t always the case.) After asking a few questions to get to the root of the problem we talked about options and I was given the pros and cons of each and was able to make a decision on the repairs for my cost.

They worked with me to help make having my car in the shop as convenient as possible.

The repairs were done well. I needed a few things adjusted after the original appointment, and the guys were incredibly helpful.

They were recommended to my by another shop, and I’ll be going back.

Great bunch of people there!! Went in with a odd issue and looked for advice or ideas as to fix a purely cosmetic issue. Nonetheless even though these wonderful people were not able to service my vehicle they spent time working on a solution and I'm here to let everyone know that here are really good people. Honest, professional auto service at a locally owned shop. Doug's has done excellent repair and service work to many of my vehicles for more than 35 years. I'll be buying tires this time.

Helped me immediately. I didn't need to go to a dealer. Cost much less than I expected. This is not my 1st excellent service from Doug's! I'm very happy with them.

1st time customer and new local resident. Called and needed a patched tire changed on my truck. They got me right in. The shop staff is professional and you can feel that it is a very family-oriented place. There's a clean sitting area to wait for your vehicle. There's also a very decent display of tires if you're in the market. I was given a quote for new tires for when I'm ready. My truck was treated with care. The work was done quick and I was met at the front of the store with my keys and it was ready to go. They made a permanent customer today. I plan to use them for my truck services going forward. Doug’s Auto Service has been the best place for my family’s vehicles. The shop is clean, organized and busy. DOUG and his technicians are talented, knowledgeable, honest, professional and friendly. I had the great time every time I brought our vehicles over for service. DOUG and his fine mechanics always solved problems successfully at a very reasonable cost. One of the best mechanics I've found. The shop did not find a bunch of extras to get me to repair, price was reasonable, done quick and the owner was professional. I used Midas off South Seneca prior and everything about Doug's Auto services is better.

I love this mechanic! Every single time I have to take my vehicle in, they are friendly and professional. Also very understanding and will gladly show yippy and walk you through the repairs that need completed. They are quite fast and usually have a turn around the same day or next day. I've been going to Doug and Chuck for many years and will continue to use them add long as they'll keep taking care of my car.

Great place to get your car fixed. Doug and his team do an excellent job. Trustworthy and fair. He sells tires actually made in the USA too! Everyone needs a place like this where they can trust the folks to give good advice.

My air conditioner went out and they squeezed me in right away. They stayed in communication about the repair needs and cost and got me taken care of! Will definitely use them again in the future!

I quite enjoy the level of service here. Always able to get taken care of, and if not, they are honest, and willing to refer to specialists. I am always surprised with cost, as I go expecting more, but am charged less. I guess that is why it is go in expecting to be charged half an arm and an ear.

These men are shining examples of what auto shops should be. They are straightforward about cost, problems, potential issues, etc. I think honesty is one of the most important values your "car guy" should have, and these guys embody all that is honest.
They run their small, family-owned business in an older, but very well-maintained shop, and they have a quaint little waiting area with free WiFi and sometimes coffee.
They communicate very well in layman terms, and they won't push you to buy any service or part that isn't absolutely necessary. Example: I just got off the phone with Chuck, and he told me that he didn't want me to waste my money getting a scan of my car now that the previous problem had resolved itself. He explained that it could have been a number of things causing it to act the way it had, but since it wasn't doing it now, there wasn't a good enough reason to spend the money for the scan. He advised me to wait to see if my car messes up again and then bring it in, so I agreed.
It's great having trustworthy guys like this in the auto industry, especially as a local Wichita business!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great, fast service. Friendly staff with awesome communication! Pricing was fair as well.

I don't know why anyone would report a bad experience here. This is an honest shop that has repaired my Ford Mustang on multiple occasions. They have never taken me for a ride and I trust them and will always go back.
