Cole Street Service

I had a flat tire driving back to NW Kansas from Wichita. The tire needed to be patched but no tire shop in Newton or McPherson could repair the tire that day. One shop in Newton looked at the tire and declared that it couldn't be fixed. Then I stopped at Cole Street Service and they had it patched up in 10 minutes and we were back on the road. The fee to repair the tire was extremely reasonable. They also sell Sprayway glass cleaner (the best on the market) for the best price I have found anywhere.

When I need tires next time I'm going to Cole Street even though it's an hour or so from my location.

My colleague and I were stranded on 1-35 with a flat tire on a cold day, and Cole Street Service came and picked us up, searched for a very rare tire size while we waited in the warmth of their shop, and took us back to our vehicle and replaced the flat tire. They were VERY speedy, knowledgeable and showed great small-town, Kansas hospitality. I would definitely use them again! A BIG thank you to the guys at Cole Street Service! Please pay them a visit!

I needed a new set of tires for our van. Cole Street got us a new set in the next day, got the van aligned, AND picked up/dropped off the van while my wife was at work. Quick, friendly service! Very happy!!

I needed four tires on a tight schedule. The Cole Street Service Owner and Staff were a Wonderful assistance. They provided high quality tire services, well organized business details, and a friendly environment. Excellent experience all around!
Now for a more elaborate description: I needed four tires for a trailer in Kansas that was going to be used to haul an antique car down to Oklahoma City. I had seen other very positive reviews of Cole Street Services so gave them a call. I am in North Carolina and was flying into OKC to meet the folks with the truck for hauling the trailer. The folks with the truck are farmer/ranchers so they had me off to Kansas at 4:00am........ We got to Cole Street Services by 7:30am. The owner was there, gave me a selection on tires, had the tire on the rims and us off to put them on the trailer by 8:30. In addition they were helping some interstate traveling family that had just limped in from the interstate highway in need of some major assistance. That was all on a Kansas winter day which, if you are from the plains, you know is beautiful but cold and windy. Plus there is not much but a barbwire fence to block the wind and it has generally fallen down. Fantastic support and services can be found at Cole Street Services. Another very positive experience and I truly appreciated their flexibility and professional service which helped me meet a hectic schedule.

Cole Street Service has always taken excellent care of all of our vehicles. They have always been able to locate any make or model of tire I have requested and their hospitality is first rate. Their office may be old fashioned but their knowledge and attention to detail is the best in the area.

Delbert helped me out with my Honda Pilot. He was quick and efficient. He was also very blunt & honest and that's what I was looking for. He didnt try to sell me anything extra like most places would do. He talked me through what was wrong with it & automatically had a good idea of what the issue was & come to find out he was 100% right. Very smart & knows what he's doing. Everyone there was very friendly and kind.

We were in a city we didn't know two states away from home broke down at a gas station and low and behold here came Jeremy and his crew to the rescue. They didn't know us from Adam and still did not hesitate to help not only did we get an amazing price but the truck was ready the next day even though they were booked they found the time to help us.... Thanks again Jeremy and your crew you got my recommendation!!!!!!

Great Tire Store in Moundridge plus more. Their customer service is awesome, it was almost closing time and when I called and said I needed help with a flat tire; Crystal said come on in and Jamin fixed my tirr and Jeremy was so nice and helpful while I was waiting. I will definitely buy tires from them in the future. Thank you Cole Street Service.

If I could I would give them ten stars! Jeremy went the extra mile and didn't try to up sale me. He was very friendly and got us back on the road quickly! If you need tires this is the place to go!

We recently replaced all 4 tires on our trail blazer. Jeremy and his team were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We are fulltimer RVs coming thru Moundridge on august 12, 2019 at 10:00 am, we heard a loud noise, my husband pulled over a checked, we had lost our Drive line and carrier bearing. A nice man drove by turned around and if we need help my husband said I need a mechanic, he said follow me he took us to COLE STREET SERVICE Delbert came out and looked he said could take a couple of days, we said just get it fixed, we were able to unhook our RV ready to stay the night , Mike's crew pulled out drive line out Mike took it to Witchita to be repaired at 4:00pm Mike got a call our drive line was done, Mike jumped in his truck went to Witchita got our drive line got back, we were on the road by 6:00pm that evening. Great place. I was stuck and couldn't get home for the weekend, but Mike and his men got my alternator changed and I got home for the weekend with the wife. I appreciated what they did for me,very much.

I would definitely say the mechanic that worked on my car his name is Delbert is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever known....EXCELLENT!!

I rolled into town with a faulty sensor. They diagnosed it and got me back out on the road quickly. They have great costumer service and knowledge of their trade.

Got a nail in our tire on the way to Denver, Cole street service was SO helpful, nice people and quick service!
