Tonganoxie Laundromat

Dryers seemed like they were not drying like normal. Someone had sunflower seeds and did not clean them out of the washer. So I did that as well.

It's perfectly fine on the inside, it's a laundromat. They do not take payrange, fyi.

A laundry mat is a laundry mat. There wasn't anything really spectacular about this one.

Not at all impressed. $5.50 is the cheapest washer. About half of the machines are out of order. It did at least seem clean. Worst part, AC wasn't on so it was 88° inside. We put our clothes in and went back outside since it was only 83° out there.

Was yelled at by employee for asking another employee politely not to sweep next to my car after the broom had already hit the car. Felt that he came out to start a problem with how he stormed out immediately started sweeping next to/under the vehicle after I asked one not to. Immediately started yelling at me after I asked him as well not to. Top tier worker

We spend too much money on drying are clothes it feels like it is too hot but they won't dry

Abiut half of the machines are broken, and the change machine doesn't accept 20s. Absolutely no other amenities. Also it smells horrible.

Having a laundromat in town is nice but the downside to this particular one is they do not take care of it. The moment you walk in you are greeted with the lovely smell of sulfur and mold. And whatever you do DON’T stick your head in the machine and give it a sniff. I doubt these machines have ever been cleaned.
Today I gave the place one more chance but unfortunately I was greeted with animal feces sprinkled all over the floor and the stench was just amazingly awful. I will never give this place my business again.

Sure it's a laundromat which is useful when your appliances aren't in working order. Wouldn't say anything more than that about it. Owner doesn't reinvest a penny back into the place. Falling apart would be a nice way of putting it.

First off the sign in the door says doors auto lock at 930.
So we put in our loads at 800. We walk over to the dollar general to shop while our clothes are getting washed. We walk back to the laundry mat at 830 and the doors are locked. We cant get to our clothes. We call, text and email the number on the door with no response ever. We called the police who gave us a different number, no response from that one either. This place sucks.

If 0 stars was an option I would give that as a rating. I feel sorry for people who need to use this facility regularly! More of the equipment was broke than worked. If you are going to own a service establishment at least keep it maintained. This place is an embarrassment to the town.

Only food thing is it's close to my house. But coin machine doesn't work and half of washers are out.

Half of the large machines are broken, the other 2 will take your money and then not start. Doesn't matter how many times you call, text or email the owners they never respond. Don't waste your time trying to go here.

The machines do not work very well they never want to take your money and there's never any soap in the dispenser but it does take your money this is a rip off of a joint and never no one around here to take care of it do not rate this at all hardly at all barely get a one

The laundromat has gone down hill. Half of the washing machines don't work, over half of the dryers don't work and the place was FILTHY today.
