Always great service from Carolina & her co-worker [whose name i cant pronounce or spell].

We just went thru the drive thru and got fries and a mocha frappe but did give a special order on the fries. Staff was so nice and friendly! And the order was just how we asked! It's exceptional in my book when you ask for something special.and they do it right AND with a great attitude!! Lovin it!!

I used the drive thru. Didn't wait but a few minutes for the food which tasted great.

Wait time is not bad in the drive through. Staff is very friendly and food is Great.

Delicious food for a low price. Food was delivered quickly to my table and was prepared correctly. Staff was all very friendly. Restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

Went through drive-through, fairly busy it took 15 - 20 minutes to get our order. Food was very good and it was worth the wait.

Drive thru is better than going inside. Card readers don't work. Lady behind counter is "expert" getting your card locked out for too many swipes, within 2min, but let her try she can get it......

I only bought an ice cream cone and then asked the server to put the ice cream cone in a cup. She obliged by saying "yes I will with a big smile" . I went on my happy way home for being treated with a lot of respect. Thank you.

Mary has the best customer service even after having to cover the window and the front by hErself. She is a 5 star employee 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The only issue I had was while we were eating out in front the manager was talking to another employee about her behavior. My husband and I heard the whole conversation! Why would you do that with customers all around??
The food was good and Mary was the best.

I don’t typically leave reviews on Google but I see this place is getting slammed by negative reviews.
Let’s take a minute to talk about Donnie (Doni? Sorry I already forgot how you spelled your name).
Kid was awesome. Why the heck was he so upbeat? Why did he make eye contact with me when he asked how my day was an actually waited for me to respond? I can’t tell you. But after the long day I had, it was insanely amazing and really lifted my spirits. I understand this place is struggling, but so is everywhere, and the people in this town need to realize that. Like I said, I don’t leave reviews on Google but someone has to give this kid credit where credit is due. Donnie, never change.

It was busy during lunch, but still got my food out without having to wait no more than 5 minutes max!! I'd say that it took 3 minutes both times for ordering and receiving my food!!!

I have had a good experience. The food is nice they have a wide variety from chicken nuggets. Regular mc chicken. An spicy nuggets from time to time. A big crispy chicken. Wich is spectacular. Delightful ice cream when the machine cooperates. An ice coffe mocha an Carmel frappe. to a fish filets. Hamburgers such as quarters.

Freshly remodeled so it looks amazing! Pricey. Foods ok. Fast service inside but the new drive through still has them confused

I wish the employees at the chanute MacDonald's would smile more often than they do. It would've made it would have been nicer to have gotten a smile so I didn't feel as though I was putting them out.

Fast polite service food and drink was delicious right temperature for the food drink was right temperature too freshly cooked made very recent

Was the first time I had been in Chanute since they redone it. Looked nice counter was in same place but the seating had changed. Had a tall counter with tall stools. 👍👍

It was fast and the manager even stayed at the car to make sure are order was correct before we left

Slow service and didn't bring out all that I ordered , Didn't bring out my milk syrup from my pancakes or silver to eat with
