I had 2 flat tires on a travel trailer while traveling through. Service guy aired them up and followed us to the shop to make sure we were safe. Replaced all 4 tires in under an hour. Wonderful and friendly service.

Lloyd answered the phone both times I called to schedule my oil change and ask a couple questions. He was very professional and was quick to schedule me. We've had to have some tires repaired and replaced and they're always quick to fit us in.

These guys rock. Blew a trailer tire tonight was later afternoon. Decided I was going to switch sizes and replace all 4, they didn't hesitate and got right to work. JOB WELL DONE, all the way from the lady that talked to me when I went in the door, she knew her stuff, to the guys doing the work, and the lady that invoiced me out at the end. They all was suburb.

They replaced two tires before I could hardly crack my book open in the waiting room in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday when everywhere else was closed. Plus they charged me a price that would’ve been a great deal on a weekday. I was thoroughly impressed at every step of the process.

I drove up with a flat tire from my other vehicle and they took care of my immediately. Susan was helpful and she said she would have me in and out and they definitely did. Less than 30 minutes and less than $15 later I was heading home with a repaired tire!

I love these people! I had to replace a lawnmower tire 2 weeks ago and was so proud that I was able to take it off myself and take it in myself! Then, today, had the other tire blow and couldn't get my Jack under it. Within 30 minutes, they had a very nice young man at my home who jacked up my lawnmower, took the tire, and returned within another 30 minutes with a new tire and put it on in seconds! OK. .maybe a minute or 2?

Thompson's is great, best prices around on tires and the staff are stand alone. They do oil changes and front-end work as well, very good and reasonably priced.

These guys are awesome! Catastrophic tire failure on the highway. Wheel an tire assembly removed. Donut an wheel assembly installed. About 15 minutes. Limping towards Beloit, 50 mph. Find Thompson's OK tire via internet. Call, yes they have a replacement tire. Cool. Limp in to Thompson's. One of the technician's breaks away from a big money truck on a rack. Takes the bad wheel assembly an strips the shredded tire off, begins installation of the tire we had called for. The other technician raises the car removes the donut assembly. By then new tire is on the wheel so he takes it an places it on the car hub. Technician one takes the donut tire, checks the air pressure on it, then checks for excessive wear on the opposite side. Technician two is done. Technician one is done. Donut is placed in the trunk along with the jack. We're ready to continue our road trip within 15 minutes of arriving. We only lost about 30 minutes of travel time because of the laser like customer focus of these guys at Thompson's OK Tires in Beloit, KS. We arrived at our destination by sunset. Had a flat and split rim on my feeding tractor and they came right out in the bitter cold on the side of the road and fixed it. They had the right tire AND new rim. Fantastic service!
