Repeated wonderful experiences at this store. The store is clean and well maintained. I rarely have difficulty finding help when needed. I love the product selection & have especially been pleased with my plant purchases. They always have a wonderful variety to choose from.

Recently had to deal w/ the paint dept. Although not her fault, Kristen was excellent to work with. I really appreciate her willingness to 'make it right'. Thank-you.

I shop here for all my home improvement needs, very rarely do they not have everything I need. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have worked with Home Depot for carpet on two occasions. They have been wonderful. Patient and helpful. Install was professional and when I had a question Bree came right out and took care of things with a team manager. Tim in carpet sales is also great. Patient and very helpful. Could not be happier.

The difference in knowledge between the flooring department at Home Depot vs. Lowe's was incredible. Home Depot was so much better, and their staff knew their stuff.

First time ever visiting yesterday, around 7:45pm. Tried to use the app to find something but things weren't making sense. A worker approached and genuinely offered assistance. He explained the app and how the aisles work as well as walking us all the way across the store to what we were after. He thanked us for shopping here as well. What a great experience! I wish I would have caught his name! :( but truly, I haven't ever experienced true customer service before until now!!

Good place with lots of good priced items. Plenty of sales to watch for and a generous veterans discount if you apply, (easy).

Ordered a patio set online and it came in fast and exactly like what we were expecting. The box even had a metal tubing frame in it to protect the items during shipping. Thank you for fixing the problem.

Great customer service. The crew at the pro desk took great care of me. Hutchinson Home Depot's manager is Tanner, he always greats me and ensures that I am well taken care of.

There was a new manager at the service desk named Jasmine. I had a return from today's job and she found the order and the computer, had it processed and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes

Love Home Depot. Lowe's is closer, but I drive past it all the time due to the lack of customer service all the times I went in there. If Home Depot or Ace Hardware doesn't have it, then I sometimes check the Lowe's website before ordering online. In this recent trip, I was just getting rocks for my duck run. Previously, I needed to buy a hot water heater and couldn't get help in Lowe's for nothing. Last summer, I was building chicken and duck runs and coops and attempted to buy lumber at Lowes. The lumber was too long to fit in my vehicle and I was told they could cut it down to the size I needed. After gathering my items, the young man working at the counter told me that their saw was broken. Kind of ironic that a hardware store doesn't have a saw... Anyway, that was not the truth. He just didn't want to do the work to cut it. Another employee was confused when the young man lied. Especially since we heard the saw star up seconds later. That's fine, I left my cart and went to Home Depot. Their saws always work and they have no issues with customer service ever. They are always happy to help in every department that I have been in.

Absolutely awesome. Was very helpful checked to make sure our communication was clear on what product I had purchased. Went the extra mile to help me find proper way to maintain and upkeep of my product that I had purchased (flooring). It saved me money and from damaging the product I just purchased.
