So far my experience has been great, highly recommend them over other stores

Helpful staff, had what we were looking for and some additional sales on items I could use! Buyers club extra savings and coupons has been worth it. Stock of most items is great. I suggest HF to my students as a great place to get some of the tools/supplies we use, for much less expense.

It's not my jam, I'm not a tools guy, but I like how much cheaper everything is!

Definitely recommend this place. Just amazing experience all around with accessibility, clean, organized, decent selection options, prices and customer service.

I was in a wheelchair. They offered to help any way possible. They offered to push me around the store (not job duties), find items that are the best possible quality and best price.

I think having a wider variety of items would be great.

If you want to keep all your money DON'T SHOP HERE!! If I spend too much time here I ALWAYS find some interesting tool or other thing that I just need to have! Sure, it makes my life easier to have the right tool for the job, just be warned, you might find what you have always been looking for!

Also, the employees are pretty helpful. I've asked about items that I couldn't find on several occasions and they were able to help me out easily. A little odd that the same item could be a few different places in the store, but at least I got what I was looking for!

Great place to shop for tool needs or other related items. Great prices and variety. Love this store and it's friendly, helpful staff.

This place gets 5 stars if you're realistic about what your buying. If you're getting a floor jack, some basic tools, or some functional items, this place is great. But don't expect quality precision items like a hand held wood planer, or DeWalt quality power tools.
Don't invest a lot of money here but don't be straight to spend some if you can use common sense.

They have inexpensive tools that have a lifetime warranty! Their Pittsburgh line is great for tools to use at work and if by chance one breaks the store will replace it! I have a mechanics tool set that I have used several times at work and so far the ratchets have worked great! I recommend Harbor Freight to save money and for great customer service! Great place for cheap but good tools. I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The manager was great and very helpful. He showed me were the tools were I was looking for. And the lady that checked me out was such a delight, I really enjoyed her, she was very kind. I am from out of town but I will be shopping here again. Thanks for taking time to help me you don't get that service anymore!

I went here today and found everything I needed! I was Christmas shopping for my husband and found the prices to be great! I found a tool box I liked and looked up similar ones at Home Depot and found the prices at Harbor Frieght to be way better for this item! I was pleased and the staff was helpful!

Being a do it yourselfer or shade tree mechanic this store has served me well. I simply can't justify spending the prices for tools that other stores have. Not saying they aren't worth the price but for my needs these tools have worked fine. I have yet to have a tool that didnt meet my expectations. I had a fuel pressure test kit that was missing one small piece. I didnt realize it until I had already tested the pressure. So, it met my need but I made a little mess when depressurizing the test tool. I took the tool back and explained the problem to which they refunded my money and sold me a new test kit which we opened to make sure it had the correct pieces, which it did.

This location is great. They actually have stuff in stock. The store is spacious and isn't a dimly lit hole. Exactly how this chain should be run.

Good deals on items. I have gotten great deals. Know what your looking for and check reviews, as not everything is quality.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of quality items at a good price to choose from. Prices are marked and easy to see. Clean store, easy access, Wide aisles and Wheel chair friendly.

Once again I patronized a new Harbor Freight new store, and found exactly what I needed, for a great deal this will help me get my spring outside chores done before it gets real hot outside!

Most tools are very reliable, didn't like the battery charger though, although the electric impact lasted for along time for only 44$

want good quality tools but don't want to pay lowes prices? come to harbour freight. this place has cheap cheap tools but they are really good quality.
