Thay've done a great job at all the changes that made in prosses of handing out the food and I praise all of the volunteers there

I have been to drop off some items like extra formula I wasn’t using . The facility seems very nice and Well organized and they have really nice people who volunteer their time here. I live close to this place as well and they seem to get a lot of traffic . I love the fact that our community has such a wonderful resource. The only thing I wish was easier to be able to get a voucher if you are in need …… they make it almost damn near impossible to get any help due to the hues of operation and the hours ik which the place you have to apply to get the voucher hours of operation as well. I have been in need several times and it isn’t something that if you need help immediately that you will be able to get it. I think there needs to be a change in the process of getting the vouchers to get help but other than that I think that this is a wonderful thing for our wonderful community.

It's not perfect, but they give struggling families free food, so really can't complain. They give a decent assortment of pantry staples and other mostly nutritious foods to help families and individuals create balanced meals and snacks. Keep in mind they have limited hours and you must fill out a voucher at the Health Department or Churches United in Ministry and bring it with you beforehand each time. Most all people in need will qualify for a monthly visit, and some people in severe need may qualify for additional visits. They are always open to both financial and item donations and usually open to volunteers as well. They used to give out paper products and soaps, but no longer do, that has been taken over by another charity in town. This place is a wonderful resource for people who are struggling, so please keep that in mind and don't be greedy, go only when in need.
