Michigan Valley Camp Ground

As always well maintained and clean. Having a great time visiting with new people and friends.

Michigan Valley has become our favorite campground for our weekend getaways. The park offer variety of sites and ammeneties from FHU with 50 amp service to Water/Electric to primitive, most with views of the lake. Shower house is cleaned multiple times during the day. Everything well maintained and camp hosts are top notch.
If staying at Pomona Lake buy your ice at the eStore on K-268 ( about three miles from Michigan Valley). He sells 8-lb bags for $1 and it's available 24-7 on the honor system. There are three ice machines in front of the building and a box to put the money
Green Acres restaurant is just across the dam. This is a country restaurant that is not long on atmosphere, but the home cooked food is excellent. Fried chicken and bbq meatballs top my list. Homemade pies are great as well.

We love camping at Michigan Valley! There are plenty of playgrounds for the kids, the lake and swimming area are close by and the bathrooms are nice.

Beautiful place. Not too busy not too secluded. Security was present for safety but not intrusive. Camp sites have power and water hook ups fire rings and kempt lots. Very nice and safe for family. Fun and exciting for friends. Enjoy your stay and return with friends of your own.

Love Michigan Valley. I try to get the same spot every time I go. It is so peaceful and pretty. If you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of your every day life, this place will sure fit what you need. Michigan Valley is well maintained and clean. The restrooms/showers rooms are cleaned every day. If there is a problem there is park attendants on sight.

Very peaceful and well kept. Volleyball, basketball, several playgrounds for the kids. Spacious sites with shade. Very nice swim area that is well cared for.

It was beautiful scenery and very peaceful rained alot but was worth it anyway and there ant much close by but there is some stores and things that had what we needed not to far.

Always a nice campground. Clean. Stayed there for 30 years during summer.
